"Australia 2023 Deals and Onboard Credit Offer" Terms and Conditions

1. This 2023 Deals and Onboard Credit Offer (Offer) is available for new eligible bookings made between 12:01 am AEST on Tuesday, 25 July 2023 and 11:59 pm AEST on Saturday, 30 September 2023 (Offer Period) for voyages onboard the Resilient Lady departing from 11 December 2023 to 15 March 2024, inclusive (Voyage Period).
2. A voyage booking is only eligible for the Offer if:
4. If any change to a booking means it ceases to be an Eligible Voyage (e.g. if the departure date is changed and no longer within the Voyage Period), the Offer, including the discount and onboard credit, will be void and will cease to apply to the booking.
5. Persons making an Eligible Voyage will receive:
- USD$300.00 for Eligible Voyages of 4, 5 or 6 nights; or
- USD$600.00 for Eligible Voyages of 7 nights or more.
6. This Offer is only available on a per cabin (and not per passenger) basis. All bookings are subject to voyage and cabin availability and seasonality.
7. The Bar Tab will be applied to the lead passenger’s (Sailor’s) folio at the commencement of the Eligible Voyage.
8. Items that form a part of this Offer (including any unused items) are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
9. The Offer may be used in conjunction with the following offers, discounts or credits: Book Early, Save More Promotion; Pay-In-Full Discount Offer; My Next Virgin Voyages Promotion; Tour Operators; and Affinity Circles.
10. - the booking is otherwise made in accordance with all applicable booking terms and conditions presented at the time of making the booking, (each an Eligible Voyage)

- (Bar Tab) An onboard credit per cabin for use at the onboard bars or restaurants for purchases of any premium drinks during the relevant Eligible Voyage (Bar Tab), with the credit valued at:
- USD$300.00 for Eligible Voyages of 4, 5 or 6 nights; or
- USD$600.00 for Eligible Voyages of 7 nights or more.
