“The Solo Sailor 2023 Offer" Terms and Conditions

1. Offer Terms. These terms and conditions detail Virgin Voyages’ Solo Sailor Offer. Under the “The Solo Sailor Offer”, if one (1) Sailor is traveling solo in an eligible double occupancy cabin, then the Voyage Fare price will be reduced by 50% for the cabin total. Said another way: no single supplement charge on Voyage Fare will be applied for one (1) Sailor traveling in a double occupancy cabin. This offer is eligible for bookings purchased between 12:01 a.m. local US east coast time on 28 August 2023 through 11:59 p.m. local east coast US time on 28 September 2023 for Eligible Cabins on an Eligible Voyage. See Section 3 below for Eligible Cabins and Eligible Voyages.
Promotional Bar Tab: Any voyage lasting seven (7) nights or more will receive $600 in a “Bar Tab,” that is, a bar credit, for the cabin. The Bar Tab will be added to the lead passenger’s (i.e., “Sailor” in our marketing voice) folio. All cabin categories are eligible for the promotional Bar Tab credit.
2. Restrictions/Exclusions. “The Solo Sailor Offer” is subject to the following restrictions and exclusions.
2.1. Interaction with the following offers, discounts, or credits:
3.1. Eligible Cabins: Only cabins in the Sea Terrace Meta Category are eligible for the “The Solo Sailor Offer”. The Sea Terrace Meta Category cabins include the following: XL Sea Terrace, Central Sea Terrace, The Sea Terrace, Ltd View Sea Terrace, and the Lock It In Rate Ltd View Sea Terrace.
3.2. Eligible Voyages include sailings departing from ports in the Mediterranean during the 2023 season. Those voyages dates are (inclusive):
4. Commission Implications. The commissionable voyage fare amount for Travel Agents (or “First Mates” in our branding voice) will be on the reduced voyage fare, after the Solo Sailor discount is applied.
5. Virgin Voyages reserves its right to modify these terms and conditions with or without notice.
