"A Sail-Again Saving Bonus" Offer Terms and Conditions

1. Offer Overview. These terms and conditions outline the 10% Sail-Again Saving Bonus for Sailors who have been on at least one voyage as defined in section 2 and are not currently in our Sailing Club loyalty program.
2. Eligibility / Caveats.
2.1. The 10% Sail-Again Saving Bonus applies only to Voyage Fare, and does not include shore excursions (that is, “Shore Things” in our marketing parlance), taxes and/or fees, transfers, or any other add-ons. This offer is eligible for new bookings on an Eligible Voyage purchased between 12:01 a.m. EDT on 15 September 2023 through 11:59 p.m. EST on 13 October 2023 for Sailors who have completed a sailing on at least one prior voyage and do not currently hold Sea Rover, Sea Blazer or 485C loyalty status in Virgin Voyages’ Sailing Club program. See Section 2.3 below for eligible voyages.
2.2. The 10% Sail-Again Saving Bonus will be calculated as 10% off the voyage fare before any combinable discounts. At the time of booking, the Sailor must enter their unique Access Key during checkout or call into Sailor Services, so that they may validate the Sailor’s loyal status to receive the offer.
2.3. Eligible Voyages. Eligible voyage dates are between 15 September 2023 through 31 December 2024. The offer is for select voyages and is not eligible for charter voyages.
2.4. The 10% Sail-Again Saving Bonus may be combined with 10% Pay in Full Now Discount, Bar Tab promotional offer, and other select discount offers as defined.
The 10% Sail-Again Saving Bonus is additionally not combinable with the following offers, promotions, discounts, or credits:
2.6. The commissionable Voyage Fare amount for Travel Agents (or “First Mates” in our branding voice) will be on the reduced Voyage Fare, after the Exclusive Sailing Club Bonus is applied.
