“May 2023 55% Second Sailor Offer" Terms and Conditions

1. Offer Terms. These terms and conditions detail the May 2023 55% Second Sailor Offer. Qualified bookings will get a certain percentage off a booking for a second person traveling in company.  

Under the “May 2023 55% Second Sailor Offer,” for those Eligible Bookings in section 2.1 below, Virgin Voyages will provide a total discount of 27.5% off both Sailor 1 and Sailor 2 retail (base) voyage fares when two (2) Sailors book a voyage to sail together in an Eligible Cabin (see section 3.2 for Eligible Cabins) when combined with the discount percentage from the "Book Early, Save More Offer". Additionally, if there are four (4) Sailors traveling together in one (1) cabin, all four (4) Sailors will receive 27.5% off their Voyage Fare. Lastly, if three (3) Sailors are traveling together in an Eligible Cabin, only Sailor 1 and Sailor 2 will receive the 27.5% discount off their voyage fare, but Sailor 3 will receive no discount. 

This offer will be marketed as a “Buy One Fare Get a Second Fare 55% off.”

2. Eligibility/Caveats.

2.1. Eligible Bookings. The May 2023 55% Second Sailor Offer applies only to Voyage Fare price, and does not include taxes and/or fees, transfers, shore excursions (that is, “Shore Things” in our marketing parlance) or any other add-ons. This offer is for bookings on an eligible voyage purchased between 12:01 a.m. EST on 25 May 2023 through 11:59 p.m. EST 31 May 2023. See Section 2.2 below for Eligible Voyages.

2.2. Eligible Voyages. Eligible voyage dates are for those voyages departing 28 May 2023 through 22 October 2023 on Valiant Lady and Resilient Lady only. The offer is for select voyages and is not eligible for charter voyages.

3. Restrictions/Exclusions. 

3.1. The May 2023 55% Second Sailor Offer is subject to the following restrictions and exclusions.

3.2. Eligible Cabins: Sea Terrace Meta Category cabins (including: XL Sea Terrace, Central Sea Terrace, The Sea Terrace, Ltd View Sea Terrace, and the Lock It In Rate Ltd View Sea Terrace), The Sea View, Lock It In Rate Sea View, The Insider, Social Insider, and Lock It In Rate Insider cabins are eligible for our May 2023 55% Second Sailor Offer. This offer does not apply to bookings in Rockstar or MegaRockstar Quarters. The Sailors to whom the two bookings apply must travel in the same cabin.

3.3. Charter voyages are excluded from the May 2023 55% Second Sailor Offer.

3.4. Interaction with the following offers, discounts, or credits:

• Contracted Circle Programs
• Casino Rates 
• Interline Rates
• First Mate Rates
• Internal reduced rate programs 
• Giveaway, promotional, or reduced rate Access Keys 
• Virgin Red points offer 
• Any other previous offers

4. Should a Sailor change their voyage date from an Eligible Voyage to an ineligible voyage date, the promotional discount under this offer will be removed; the discount will be voided and due.
