When can I make reservations for dining, spa, tattoo and entertainment?
Sailors will have the ability to book dining experiences directly from our Sailor App or through a travel agent starting 45 days before departure, and our Sailors booked in Mega RockStar and RockStar Quarters will have the ability to book starting 60 days before.
We're putting the final touches on our other onboard experiences, and bookings for entertainment, spa and tattoo experiences will be available on board.
In the meantime, you can start planning your voyage by checking out our entertainment lineup in our Sailor App, and we will let booked Sailors know when pre-voyage bookings open up.

What are the benefits of signing up for a Virgin Voyages account?
A Virgin Voyages account provides total access to your booking details and will keep you up to date on the latest news and announcements. To stay on top of all your details, simply log in to make payments, book add-ons and experiences and complete your "Ready to Sail" details before your trip.
How can I add a booking to my account?
If you create an account during the booking process, your booking will automatically be added to that account.
If you choose not to create an account during the booking process but want to create one later and add your booking, make sure to use the same exact first name, last name and email used during your booking. If this information is entered correctly, your booking will automatically populate in your account.

I booked with a Tour Operator, what do I get?
Because you booked with one of our fabulous Tour Operator partners, they will need to make any changes or adjustments to your booking directly. Please reach out to your travel partner for details.
Will all of my Sailor Loot and promotional offers be honored and applied to my new booking?
We’ll be honoring all promotional offers and Sailor Loot that were applied to your impacted voyage.
How long will it take to receive my travel reimbursement?
Our goal is to process travel reimbursements within 30 days from the time a request is submitted. Reimbursements will be sent to Sailors via a check in the mail (for US residents) or Western Union Cash Pickup (10-digit MTCN tracking number).
I’m traveling in a Circle or group. Is there a special process to handle my booking?
Sailors booked in a Circle will receive the same flexible offers and are not required to choose the same option as others in the group. Our team will be contacting Circle Leaders, but Sailors may also reach out to our Crew to manage each individual booking.
How long will it take to see my refund for the voyage?
We understand the importance of receiving your voyage fare refund, and our goal is to process these requests as quickly as possible. We expect to process refunds within 7 days from receiving your request. Please note that refunds may take up to 14 days to reflect in your account based on your banking institution.
How long will it take to see the ‘Double Your Value’ credit on my account?
We have already begun to process ‘Double Your Value’ credits, and we expect most accounts to be updated by the end of June.
However, we know that each booking is unique and may require some additional love. We are working as quickly as possible to ensure this is reflected accurately on each of our Sailors’ accounts.
