The Band
When will I get The Band?
You will be able to pick up The Band at the terminal during embarkation.
I am booked on back-to-back sailings. How many Bands will I get?
Because they're tied to individual sailings, you'll receive a brand new Band for each voyage. And we must say, they make for some great collectibles ;)
I do not like wearing things on my wrist, are there other options other than the wearable?
There are plenty of ways to rock The Band based on your style. Wear it as a bracelet, on your belt or simply tuck it in your pocket, we'll send you The Band as a keepsake no matter how you want to carry it. However, if you prefer a key card, we'll have some on standby at the terminal. Please note, fun extras like Shake for Champagne, ShipEats on the pool deck and quick access to events is not available with a standard key card.
I lost my Band before my voyage. What do I do?
We get it - ship happens. If you give our Sailor Services Crew a ring more than 14 days prior to sailing, we'll be able to hook you up and send out a new one to your home. Within 10 days, we'll be sure to have one waiting for you at the terminal.
I do not live in the US. Will you ship The Band internationally?
As of right now, all Bands will be picked up at the port. We've eliminated one more packing item from your list, and we'll have The Band waiting for you upon arrival to the terminal.
The Band never arrived to my home. What should I do?
Not to worry! As of right now, all of The Bands will be picked up at the terminal, so we'll have one waiting for you there.
I didn't receive my welcome kit in the mail. How can I pick it up at the terminal?
Currently, all of The Bands will be picked up at the port. During the embarkation process, our Terminal Angels will have your welcome kit items ready for you.
