You want to watch America’s football championship on board our award-winning ships. We want that for you, too.
The issue is that in trying to describe this championship game — which we screen on board all four of our lady ships (alongside themed food and beverages) — we have to avoid certain key words that are trademarked by a sports league known for its litigiousness.
With that in mind, please enjoy an incomplete list of the titles our internal copywriting team tossed around before ultimately settling on “the big game” like everyone else.

Whatever you want to call it, we screen this big game on board all of our lady ships the second Sunday of February — and later this year, we kick off our Alaska sailings from Seattle, the city one of the big teams we also can’t legally name calls home. Join the party on Brilliant’s Seattle MerMaiden voyage, or sail another time on any of her 2026 and ‘27 routes.
In the meantime, enjoy the big game, cheer hard, and we hope to sea you soon.
