The most popular cruise add-ons differ by cruise line, as most cruise lines charge for drink packages, specialty dining, and group fitness classes. Virgin Voyages most popular add-ons are usually our Bar Tab (non-alcoholic & alcoholic), shore excursions, Splash for Your Bash, and Splash of Romance, which are all great for first-time cruises, couples, and groups.

On most cruise lines, drink packages can cost anywhere from $10–$100 per person, per day—and they’re sometimes required for every adult in the cabin, which can quickly add up to hundreds of dollars on top of your cruise fare.

Virgin Voyages does things differently. Essential drinks like still and sparkling water, sodas, juices, drip coffee, and tea are already included in your cruise fare. That means you don’t need an expensive “all-you-can-drink” package just to stay hydrated or enjoy a soda by the pool.
