A new menu is landing on the sand.
The Beach Club at Bimini just got a completely new menu, inspired by the flavors, traditions and food memories of The Bahamas and the wider Caribbean.
Our culinary team didn't tweak a dish here and there. They started over with an entirely new lineup, made for exactly the kind of day you have at The Beach Club: lunch between dips in the ocean, or an afternoon by the pool with something delicious in hand.
Meet the people behind it.
Chef Rashida Holmes is bringing the menu to life, alongside Levi Mezick, our Senior Director of Culinary Experience and Development. Her roots are Bajan and Trinidadian, and a lot of what's on the menu comes from the family recipes and flavors she grew up with. Her Curry Chicken Roti is based on her mother Joy's recipe from Joy's restaurant, Bridgetown Roti. The snapper patties come from a business she started over Instagram during the pandemic, which sold out almost instantly. Now those flavors are on the beach.
What it tastes like.
Bold, bright, a little smoky and very Caribbean. A few flavors you'll spot all over the menu:
- Curry. Curry Chicken Roti with Yukon Gold and turmeric-spiced cabbage, plus Coconut Curry Channa with a house pepper curry and fenugreek.
- Tamarind. Tamarind BBQ Pork Skewers with a sweet-smoky glaze and green pepper chimichurri.
- Coconut. Coconut everything spice on the Little Gem salad, and a Coconut Rice Pudding with pineapple, dragon fruit and papaya.
- Plantain. Crispy fried plantains, tostones with guacamole, and Sweet Plantains with salted condensed milk and candied pecans.
- Patties. Caribbean-style patties, including snapper and beef.
- And more. Grilled shrimp with pineapple chow, plus a few surprises we'll let you discover on the sand.
Picture it: tostones in one hand, the ocean a few steps away, a tamarind skewer on the way.
Something for everyone.
Vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options run throughout the menu, including a garlic eggplant patty, so everyone in your group eats well.
