“June+July 2024 Discount Offer: Buy One Get a Second Sailor 70% Off/Balcony Upgrade” Offer Terms and Conditions

1. Offer Terms. These terms and conditions detail the Virgin Voyages’ “June+July 2024 Discount” Offer. This is a dual offer consisting of (1) a 70% discount for a second sailor on eligible voyages in 2024, 2025, and 2026, and (2) a balcony upgrade for eligible voyages for select cabins from 2024 through 2026. Discount is subject to availability.  

All Eligible Bookings with open inventory will receive a 70% voyage fare discount for a second sailor for select voyage dates, including open voyages in 2025 and 2026. This will be operationalized in our system by giving each of the two Sailors a 35% voyage fare discount.  

Bookings on “Eligible Voyages” will receive a complimentary balcony upgrade, shown as the same price between the Sea View and Limited View Sea Terrace cabins on the following voyages:

• Valiant Lady: 07-June-2024 through 21-March-2026
• Scarlet Lady: 09-June-2024 through 15-April-2026
• Resilient Lady: 09-June-2024 through 18-April-2026
• Brilliant Lady: 05-September-2025 through 03-May-2026

Dates are inclusive. We highlight that the balcony upgrades are for select 2024 through 2026 voyages; see also Section 3.3. 

2. Eligible Bookings. Eligible bookings are those purchased between 9:00 a.m. EDT on 06 July 2024 through 11:59 p.m. EDT on 31 July 2024 for an Eligible Voyage. Eligible Voyages for the Buy One Get a Second Sailor 70% Off voyage fare, are those non-charter, open, revenue voyages sailing between 01 June 2024 and 26 April 2026 inclusive. Voyage dates eligible for the Balcony Upgrade are those 2024 through 2026 voyages listed above in Section 1. However, the balcony upgrade for 2025 and 2026 sailings are effective as of 9:00 a.m. local U.S. east coast time 06 July 2024.

3. Restrictions/Exclusions/Caveats. The “June+July 2024 Discount Offer” is subject to the following restrictions and exclusions.

3.1. Eligible cabins for the “June+July 2024 Discount Offer” Buy One Get a Second Sailor 70% off voyage fare are as follows: XL Sea Terrace Cabin and Below (Included: Lock-It-In. Excluded cabins: Solo Sea View and Solo Insider).

3.2. Eligible cabins for the Balcony Upgrade are as follows: for Scarlet, Valiant and Resilient Lady: The Sea View to Limited View Sea Terrace and Lock-It-In Sea View to Lock-It-In Sea Terrace. For Brilliant Lady: The Sea View to The Slightly Smaller Sea Terrace, and Lock-It-In Sea View to Lock-It-In Sea Terrace.

3.3. Chartered and Holiday Voyages are excluded from the Balcony Upgrade:

• Scarlet Lady Voyages: 28 December 2024, 27 July 2025, and 28 December 2025
• Valiant Lady Voyages: 26 December 2024, 30 December 2024, and 27 December 2025
• Resilient Lady Voyages: 28 December 2024, 27 December 2025
• Brilliant Lady Voyages: 26 December 2025, and 21 March 2026

3.4. Interaction with other with the following offers, discounts, or credits:

- The “June+July 2024 Discount Offer” Offer is combinable with the following offers, promotions, discounts, or credits:

• My Next Virgin Voyage Offer*
• FL Resident Rate
• Affinity Circles
• Tour Operators (promo net rates)

- The “June+July 2024 Discount Offer” Offer is not combinable with the following offers, promotions, discounts, or credits:

• Scarlet Summer Season Pass Offer
• Incentive and Contracted Circle Programs
• Casino Rates 
• Interline Rates
• Reduced Rate Programs
• Any other previous offers

*My Next Virgin Voyage Offer is combinable only with the XL Sea Terrace, Central Sea Terrace, and The Sea Terrace cabins, and is not eligible with the Balcony Upgrade.
