1. Offer Overview. These terms and conditions detail the Virgin Voyages’ “June - August 2025 Buy One Get a Second Sailor 70% Off + Balcony Upgrade” Offer. This is a dual offer consisting of (a) a 70% discount for a second sailor and (b) a Balcony Upgrade for an Eligible Booking.
1.1. June - August 2025 Buy One Get a Second Sailor 70% Off: Under the “70% Off 2nd Sailor” offer, Virgin Voyages will provide a total discount of 35% off both Sailor 1 and Sailor 2 retail (base) voyage fares when two (2) Sailors book a voyage to sail together in an Eligible Cabin. Eligible cabins are listed in section 3.1. Additionally, if four (4) Sailors travel together in one cabin, all four (4) Sailors will receive 35% off their Voyage Fare.
1.2. Balcony Upgrade: Qualified bookings will receive a complimentary upgrade from a “Sea View” to a “Terrace Slightly Smaller Balcony or Ltd View Sea Terrace” cabin, shown as the same price between the Sea View and Terrace Slightly Smaller Balcony or Ltd View Sea Terrace cabin. Pricing and availability for the Balcony Upgrade Offer are subject to change. Eligible cabins are listed in section 3.2.
2. Eligible Bookings. Eligible bookings are those purchased for an eligible cabin (see section 3.1. and section 3.2.) on an eligible voyage date between 12:00:01 a.m. local US East Coast time on 30 May 2025 through 11:59:59 p.m. local US East Coast time on 28 August 2025. Eligible voyage dates are any voyage open for sale on non-charter, revenue voyages.
3. Restrictions/Exclusions/Caveats. The “June - August 2025 Buy One Get a Second Sailor 70% Off + Balcony Upgrade” Offer is subject to the following restrictions and exclusions.
3.1. The “June-August 2025 Buy One Get a Second Sailor 70% Off ” Offer is only applicable to the Sea Terrace Meta Category cabins, The Sea View, Lock It In Rate Sea View, The Insider, and Lock It In Rate insider cabins. The Sea Terrace Meta Category includes the following cabins: XL Sea Terrace, Central Sea Terrace, The Sea Terrace, Sea Terrace Slightly Smaller Balcony, Ltd View Sea Terrace, and the Lock It In Rate Ltd View Sea Terrace. This offer excludes the Solo Sea View and Solo Insider cabins.
3.2. Eligible cabins for the Balcony Upgrade are as follows: Bookings in Sea View cabins will be upgraded to a Ltd View Sea Terrace cabin or to a Sea Terrace Slightly Smaller Balcony cabin.
