Our fifth annual award-winning Eat & Drink Festival returns with our most experiential take on gastronomy in the new Festival of Senses.

A Feast for the Senses
Watch it. Touch it. Taste it. Live it. On each ship, The Manor transforms into an immersive sensory gallery where short films of food and drink come to life. As Sailors move freely through the space, cinematic and interactive moments unfold then immediately let spectators taste what's on screen in real life. Every station invites participation. Every moment engages more than one sense. No reservations. No fixed path. Just discovery.
New Menu Offerings
From regal and theatrical dining at The Wake to relaxed, shareable bites at The Dock, our refreshed menus elevate every experience. Whether you're sipping in style or grazing on sunlit flavors, you'll find intentional new plates alongside your Sailor favorites, making every meal an effortless and distinctly satisfying spectacle.
Sensory Dinner Series
This limited, intimate dinner series is unlike anything else at sea. Crafted by the husband-and-wife duo behind Caputo’s Kitchen — authors of The Flavor Matrix — each four-course menu delivers a sensory experience at The Wake. A rotating collective of winemakers, brewers, and distillers hosts each evening, guiding curated pairings and sharing insights throughout. With just 18–20 seats, the experience is personal and immersive. Book onboard using the Sailor app.
Color Me Curious
Color matching is on the menu (literally) during a three-course Sip & Savor dinner at Extra Virgin. Designed by The Taste Curators — and built to engage the eyes just as much as the palate — every dish is paired with a color-matched cocktail to make each course as visually striking as it is delicious. Shhh… Speakeasy
Our lady ships harbor a secret — and Sailors are invited in. This Sailor-loved experience returns with a completely reimagined aesthetic, a freshly developed specialty beverage menu, and the same exclusive energy that made the original a fan favorite. Book your visit onboard through the app, surrender your phone at the door, and let the night unfold.
“Sea”-Cerone Beer Master Class
Every drink has a story — this is beer’s origin moment. Hosted in Draught Haus on sea days, this 60-minute guided class explores styles, tasting techniques, and flavor fundamentals through narrative-led tastings and expert insight. Every Sailor leaves with a branded beer booklet and a partner-supplied bar blade. Book onboard using the Sailor app.
The Cocktail Book
Debuting during the Eat & Drink Festival, this cocktail volume distills Virgin Voyages’ award-winning beverage program into a collection of bespoke, mixology-forward recipes — each one crafted to reflect the distinct personality of our onboard venues. Drawing on the character, energy, and flavor of every space, it captures the creativity behind each pour through bold storytelling and technique — and it’s as striking on display as it is in the glass.
Barrel Aged at Sea
There's something aging onboard — and you can watch it happen. A single barrel of a specially selected spirit is sailing on the ships, quietly being shaped by the motion of the ocean. On display in the Speakeasy throughout the voyage, it's an object of curiosity, conversation, and one of the most unique sensory stories we've ever told at sea. The spirit aging in that barrel? It'll be bottled and released in 2027 where a whole new story begins.
