“Annual Pass 2025” Offer Terms and Conditions

Updated: January 17, 2025

1. Offer Details. The purchase of Virgin Voyages’ Annual Pass 2025 will provide the purchaser access to our inventory of sailings, at no voyage fare cost, for the length of one year from the start date. The purchaser can choose from the following start dates:

01 January 2025
01 February 2025
01 March 2025
01 April 2025

The cost for the Annual Pass 2025 Offer is $120,000 USD. This cost is to satisfy the voyage fare associated with any sailings for which the sailor decides to create a reservation. The cost of the Annual Pass 2025 Offer is due in full upon purchase and is non-refundable. The taxes and port fees for each sailing will still need to be satisfied by the sailor at the time of booking each voyage through our Red Glove Crew. Pass purchases will be accepted by wire transfer only, no exceptions to be made.

2. Restrictions/Exclusions/Caveats. The Annual Pass 2025 is subject to the following restrictions and exclusions.

2.1. Eligible Bookings. Must be a new booking onboard any Virgin Voyages’ vessel for a double occupancy cabin and made during the one year booking window from the start date the purchaser has chosen. The booking must be paid in full at the time of reservation; and the booking is otherwise made in accordance with all applicable booking terms and conditions presented at the time of making the booking.

The Annual Pass 2025 Offer is available for purchase beginning 12:01 a.m. EST on Tuesday, 03 December 2024 until 11:59 p.m. EDT on Monday, 31 March 2025 or sooner once sold out (“Offer Period”) for access to voyages onboard the Scarlet Lady, the Brilliant Lady, the Valiant Lady, or the Resilient Lady.

The purchaser will be labeled as the primary passenger (“Sailor 1”) on all sailings booked and will remain the same for all itineraries in the respective Voyage Period. Sailor 1 must be 18 years of age at time of booking in order to be eligible. The secondary passenger may be changed between itineraries as long as the cabin remains at double occupancy. A 3rd or 4th Sailor can be added to a reservation at the prevailing rate, as the Annual Pass 2025 Offer only covers Sailor 1 and 2 voyage fare.

Pass holders are responsible for complying with all international travel and immigration requirements, including providing proof of onward or return travel where applicable.

2.2. Eligible Cabins. This Offer is only available on a per cabin double occupancy basis. All bookings are subject to voyage and cabin availability and seasonality. Single occupancy cabins will be priced the same. Sailors may potentially be placed into our Central Sea Terrace, or Limited View Sea Terrace if no The Sea Terrace cabins are available.

2.3. Eligible Voyages. Pass holders may not book overlapping or duplicate voyages, or any itineraries that are impossible to sail. Eligible voyages are limited to non-charter, open, revenue voyages. Back-to-back voyages are eligible to be booked; however, the same cabin is not guaranteed and is subject to availability. The following voyages are excluded from being booked back-to-back, however are eligible to be booked individually:

Brilliant Lady 23 September 2025 and 03 October 2025
Brilliant Lady 03 May2026 and 11 May 2026

2.4. Inclusions. Persons making an Eligible Voyage will receive access to the following exclusive perks referred to as Deep Blue Extras for the Annual Pass 2025 Offer voyages. These perks are a part of our Sailing Club membership and being offered to the purchaser as part of the Annual Pass 2025 Offer. If the purchaser is already a sailing club member who receives Deep Blue Extras, they will not receive duplicated perks. Each booking made with our Annual Pass 2025 Offer will count towards your sailing club membership. The perks included in Deep Blue Extras are:

$100 Bar Tab Credit;
Exclusive Cocktail Event;
Complimentary Laundry Service: 2 Pressed Items, 1 Specialty Cleaned Item, 1 Laundry Bag;
Priority Boarding at Embarkation;

- Not available through Ship Eats.
- Alcoholic coffee cocktails not included.
- Applies solely to Sailor 1.
- Coffee credit expires at the end of each day and does not roll over to the next day.

Items that form a part of this Offer (including any unused items) are not transferable, exchangeable, or be used for resell and cannot be taken as cash. This offer is also not to be used to artificially consume cabin inventory.

3. All ancillary products, such as Shore Excursions and upgrades, are not included in any booked eligible sailing. These are purchased separately prior to sailing. If purchased, insurance is $53 a day flat fee per voyage (subject to change).

4. The Annual Pass 2025 is non-refundable. All cancellations or changes to a booked eligible sailing under the pass must be made at least 7 days before the voyage start date to avoid any penalties.

5. This Offer may not be used in conjunction with the following offers, discounts or credits: My Next Virgin Voyage, Contracted Circle Programs; Affinity Circles, Casino Rates; Interline Rates; First Mate Rates; Virgin Red Points Offer; Internal reduced rate programs; Giveaway, Promotional, Reduced Rate, Free Access Keys, or any other Promotional Offer. Further, bookings made under this Offer are not eligible for upgrades, promotional Bar Tab or onboard credit offers. Upgrades can be purchased through Plusgrade.

6. The purchaser will still be held to our Ticket Contract for each booked eligible sailing. (available at https://www.virginvoyages.com/addl-terms-and-conditions.html).

7. The commissionable Voyage Fare amount for Travel Agents (or “First Mates” in our branding voice) will be paid a flat amount of $10,000 USD. The First Mate must be named at the time of purchase, Virgin Voyages will not allow First Mates to be added at a later date.

8. Virgin Voyages reserves the right to modify this offer at any time. Should the Annual Pass 2025 Offer be withdrawn or suspended such that one’s booking is affected, the refund of monies submitted towards the offer shall be the sole remedy. ...

“Annual Pass 2026” Offer Terms and Conditions

1. Offer Details. The purchase of Virgin Voyages’ Annual Pass 2026 Offer will provide the purchaser access to Virgin Voyages’inventory of cruise sailings, at no additional voyage fare cost, for the length of one (1) year starting 01 January 2026 through and including 31 December 2026. The purchaser will also receive a one (1) week stay at the exclusive Necker Island with round-trip business airfare included, one (1) take-home hammock, daily Shake for Champagne, one (1) suite upgrade for the purchaser’s birthday, privately curated shore things, access to a private cabana at the Beach Club at Bimini, one (1) customized RockStar robe, and an additional perk of USD 10k shopping spree in High Street. Please see additional details, limitations and/or restrictions in sections 2 and 3 below.

The cost for the Annual Pass 2026 Offer is one-hundred ninety-nine thousand U.S. dollars (USD $199,000) (the “Annual Pass Cost”). The Annual Pass Cost includes the voyage fare(s) associated with any sailing(s) for which the purchaser elects to create a reservation, as well as the onboard expenses associated with the other perks and inclusions identified in this Offer. The Annual Pass Cost is due in full upon purchase and is non-refundable. The taxes and port fees for each sailing are an additional cost and will need to be satisfied by the purchaser at the time of booking each individual voyage through Virgin Voyages’ Red Glove Crew. Payment for the Annual Pass 2026 Offer may only be made by wire transfer. We are unable to make any payment exceptions.

The Annual Pass 2026 Offer includes access to voyages onboard the Scarlet Lady, the Valiant Lady, the Resilient Lady or the Brilliant Lady.

The purchaser will be labeled as the primary passenger (“Sailor 1”) on all sailings booked pursuant to the Annual Pass 2026 Offer and will remain the same for all Annual Pass 2026 Offer booking itineraries. Sailor 1 must be 18 years of age at time of booking in order to be eligible to purchase and sail. The secondary passenger must also be 18 years of age at the time of sailing but may be changed between itineraries as long as the cabin remains at double occupancy. A third or fourth Sailor (18 years of age at time of sailing) can be added to a reservation at the then posted prevailing voyage rate, as the Annual Pass 2026 Offer only includes Sailor 1 and Sailor 2 voyage fares.

Annual Pass holders are responsible for complying with all international travel and immigration requirements, including providing proof of onward or return travel where applicable.

2.2. Eligible Cabins. This Offer is only available on a per cabin double occupancy basis. All bookings are subject to voyage and cabin availability and seasonality. The Annual Pass 2026 Offer does not guarantee a specific sailing date, voyage or vessel. Single occupancy cabins are included within the Annual Pass 2026 Offer with no credit applied for the smaller cabin accommodation. Purchaser and their sailing companions may be placed into Virgin Voyages’ Central Sea Terrace cabin, or Limited View Sea Terrace cabin, if there are no Sea Terrace cabins available at the time of booking.

2.3. Eligible Voyages. Annual Pass holders may not book overlapping or duplicate voyages. Eligible voyages are limited to non-charter, open, revenue voyages. Back-to-back voyages are eligible to be booked; however, the same cabin is not guaranteed and is subject to availability. The following voyages are excluded from being booked back-to-back, however, they are eligible to be booked individually:

3. Inclusions. Bookings under the Annual Pass 2026 Offer will receive access to the following exclusive perks:

3.1. Deep Blue Extras. These perks are a part of Virgin Voyages’ Sailing Club membership and are being offered to the purchaser as part of the Annual Pass 2026 Offer. If the purchaser is already a sailing club member who receives Deep Blue Extras, they will not receive duplicated perks. However, each booking made under the Annual Pass 2026 Offer will count towards purchaser’s sailing club membership. The perks included in Deep Blue Extras are:

3.2. Necker Island Stay. The purchaser may choose from select dates in 2026 to stay on Necker Island. The Necker Island Stay covers food and lodging and transportation for the purchaser plus one (1) guest. The category type of your stay will be in one (1) room, meaning you will not be provided a suite, the entire complex or the whole island. Purchasers will have access to common areas at the complex and on the island. Airfare and boat transportation to and from the island are provided through Virgin Voyages. Business flights must originate from any airport in the continental United States and will travel to the airport nearest to Necker Island. Flights must align with the scheduled dates of the stay at Necker Island. Your stay will be based upon availability. The following dates to select your stay are:

24 May 2026 - 31 May 2026 (Adults only on island)
19 July 2026 - 26 July 2026
16 August 2026 - 30 August 2026
13 September 2026 - 27 September 2026
20 October 2026 - 01 November 2026
21 November 2026 - 28 November 2026

3.3. Daily Shake for Champagne. During each of your voyages booked under the Annual Pass 2026 Offer, the purchaser will be entitled to daily use of the "Shake for Champagne" feature via the Virgin Voyages app, subject to availability of delivery locations and hours of operation at no additional cost. “Daily Use” is defined as one (1) calendar day. This inclusion is strictly for the purchaser of the Annual Pass and will not apply to any additional sailors within the purchaser’s booking reservation. Virgin Voyages reserves the right to limit or restrict access to the Shake for Champagne app feature, including but not limited to instances where the purchaser is visibly intoxicated or is misusing the perk by providing champagne to other Sailors who are not Annual Pass Holders. This offer is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

3.4. Take-home hammock. Annual Pass holders will receive a take-home hammock during their first sailing under the Annual Pass 2026 Offer.

3.5. Suite Upgrade for Birthday. During the month of the purchaser’s birthday, the purchaser may request a suite upgrade. This will be to Virgin Voyages' RockStar suite category and will be based upon availability. The RockStar suite type will be chosen by Virgin Voyages at the time of booking. The sailing must occur within 30 days before or after the Annual Pass Holder’s birthday.

3.6. Shore Things. Four (4) curated and privately hosted Shore Things organized and operated by independent tour operators for the Annual Pass holder at the holder’s advance request. Passholder will work with Virgin Voyages Sailor Services Crew to book in advance.

3.7. Beach Club at Bimini Cabana. Virgin Voyages will provide access to either a beach, grove, or poolside cabana at the Beach Club at Bimini up to ten (10) times per year. The primary passholder will choose the cabana type. All efforts will be made to provide the chosen cabana type, however, Virgin Voyages reserves the right to assign a different cabana type where the selected type is not available.

3.8. Customized RockStar Robe. Annual Pass holders will receive a take-home customized RockStar robe during their first sailing under the Annual Pass 2026 Offer.

3.9. Additional Shopping Perk. Annual Pass holders will receive a one-time onboard credit of USD $10,000 to use on a shopping spree aboard any Virgin Voyages vessel’s High Street shops, featuring luxury brands.

3.10. Items that form a part of this Offer (including any unused items) are not transferable, exchangeable, or to be used for resell and have no cash value. This Offer is also not to be used to artificially consume cabin inventory.

4. All ancillary products, such as Shore Excursions and upgrades, are not included in any Annual Pass eligible booked sailing. These must be purchased separately prior to any sailing, including travel insurance that is available at a flat fee per voyage (subject to change).

5. The Annual Pass is non-refundable. All cancellations or changes to a booked eligible sailing under the Annual Pass must be made at least seven (7) days before the voyage start date to avoid any cancellation or change penalties.

6. This Offer may not be used in conjunction with the following offers, discounts or credits: My Next Virgin Voyage, Contracted Circle Programs; Affinity Circles, Casino Rates; Interline Rates; First Mate Rates; Virgin Red Points Offer; Internal reduced rate programs; Giveaway, Promotional, Reduced Rate, Free Access Keys, or any other Promotional Offer.
