At Virgin Voyages, we are partnering with Flex Pay to provide access to a flexible, pay-over-time financing solution to allow our Sailors the most accessible and affordable options to voyage with us. Sailors can easily apply through Flex Pay to pay for their voyage including all associated costs like add-ons and extras such as Voyage Protection and Shore Things. Yes, every Sailor has the opportunity to choose Voyage Protection when booking. If you decide to add Voyage Protection after, please contact Sailor Services or your travel agent.

Deposits are 20% of your voyage fare (ticket price only, not taxes and fees), and they are due at the time of booking. However, if you're booking less than 120 days prior to your voyage start date, full voyage fare would be required.

Staying hydrated is a must for well-being at sea (and we prefer our Sailors feel their best), so all essential drinks like still and sparkling water, non-pressed juice, soda, tea sachets, and drip coffee are on us. We'll also cover restaurant dining, all tips, entertainment experiences, and every group fitness class on board. Oh, and because WiFi is just as essential for us, you count that in, too.

To make your booking experience as seamless as possible, our web-based booking system assigns the best cabin available based on your chosen category. You can choose a different zone online based on availability if you want to change your cabin or suite’s location, but if you’re looking for a specific one, please reach out to our Sailor Services Crew or your travel agent so they can help.
