  • No. Only one My Next Virgin Voyage Offer may be applied to a future reservation. This includes any previous and future variations of the My Next Virgin Voyage Offer.
  • You can view your Bar Tab balance in the "My Wallet" section of the app. Select the download icon in the upper right corner of the "My Wallet" screen to download the PDF of your Bar Tab.
  • The My Next Virgin Voyage offer is exclusive to Sailors sailing on a Virgin Voyages vessel. The onboard offer is only valid for registration throughout the duration of the voyage. Once Sailors have disembarked the vessel, they will no longer be eligible to register for the My Next Virgin Voyage onboard offer.
  • Cabin assignments can be found in your booking confirmation or by logging into "My Account" or the Virgin Voyages App.
  • Only a maximum of four (4) My Next Virgin Voyage offers per Sailor can be purchased while onboard. Exceptions beyond four (4) are not likely to be considered in order to align with the My Next Virgin Voyage onboard offer terms & conditions.
  • To keep track of your Bar Tab balance while on board, simply open the Virgin Voyages app and select "My Wallet."
  • Sailors who wish to cancel their deposit within seven (7) days of registering for the “My Next Virgin Voyage” offer are eligible to receive a full refund of their $150 USD deposit.

    Sailors who wish to cancel their deposit after seven (7) days of registering for the “My Next Virgin Voyage” offer are eligible to receive a Future Voyage Credit (FVC) equivalent to the amount of deposit. This FVC is valid for one (1) year from the date of cancellation. Cancellation forfeits the “My Next Virgin Voyage” offer’s discount and onboard credit. If a Sailor has failed to apply the “My Next Virgin Voyage” onboard offer within the two year eligibility period and has not proactively cancelled the Placeholder, the offer will expire at the two year mark and the deposit funds paid will be forfeited.

  • You may check your onboard charges in the “My Wallet” section of the App or with the Sailor Services Team on Deck 5. 
  • Payments for bookings can be done by logging into My Account on virginvoyages.com or by contacting Sailor Services or your First Mate (travel agent).
  • Yes, the current My Next Virgin Voyage offer can be transferred one (1) time while it is still a placeholder booking. Once converted, it will follow the standard booking policy.
  • Reservations can be managed in your App agenda and via My Account on VirginVoyages.com. You can also swim by any of our restaurants for more information on dining reservations.
  • Yes. For example, if a Sailor initially selects a 4-5 night voyage and later changes to a 6-8 night voyage, the “My Next Virgin Voyage” onboard offer will be automatically updated to the respective offer value associated with the voyage length.
  • You can manage your dining reservations in your Virgin Voyages Sailor App, via My Account on VirginVoyages.com, or by contacting Sailor Services or your First Mate (travel agent). You can also visit any one of our restaurants for extra information or assistance.
  • The My Next Virgin Voyage offer can only be purchased on board. Once a Sailor has disembarked the ship, they will no longer be eligible for the offer.
  • The “My Next Virgin Voyage” offer is not combinable with deeply discounted rates (including but not limited to Sweepstakes, Casino, Charters, First Mate Rates, Contracted Group Rates, Lock It In Rates, Florida Resident Rates, Tour Operator Promotional Net Rates, Groups Bar Tab, etc.).   • Yes, your First Mate will be notified that you’ve registered for the My Next Virgin Voyage offer, and will automatically be added to your new booking, so don’t hesitate to reach out when booking your next voyage or transferring it to your friends and family.
  • If a Sailor chooses to apply the deposit for a Future Voyage to a reservation within a Group, then yes. The $150 paid deposit and My Next Virgin Voyage onboard offer will apply to the Sailor's booking if booked as a new reservation within the Group Shell. The My Next Virgin Voyage onboard offer applies to new bookings only and cannot be retroactively applied to existing bookings. Please note that Sailors will not receive the Groups Bar Tab or Affinity Loot if the My Next Virgin Voyage offer is applied to the booking, as they will receive the benefits of the My Next Virgin Voyage offer instead.
  • If your VoyageFair Choice includes Basic or Classic WiFi, you can pre-purchase Premium WiFi before you sail through My Account.

    Once onboard, you can visit https://wifi-vv.com to upgrade your internet service. If you have any questions, please swim by the Sailor Services Team on Deck 5.
  • Your final bill will be paid from the active credit card on file. You can find this in the App in the “My Wallet” section by selecting the drop-down next to the “Amount Due”. You may also check with the Sailor Services Team on Deck 5.
  • A Sailor can register for the “My Next Virgin Voyage” offer with the Future Voyage Sales Crew aboard any Virgin Voyages ship or directly online via a link on the Virgin Voyages app.

    A $150 USD deposit is required to register for a Placeholder to secure the “My Next Virgin Voyage” offer. If booking in currencies other than USD, the deposit will be converted to an equivalent deposit amount in the booking’s currency. After the deposit payment has been completed, the Sailor will receive an email confirmation with a booking reference number. Once the Sailor selects a voyage with this Placeholder booking reference number, a payment for the regular 20% deposit will be due. The booking will be subject to the Cancellation Policy in effect at that time.
  • Sailors who wish to cancel a Shore Thing must do so 24 hours before the day it is scheduled. This can be done pre-voyage through the Virgin Voyages App, in the "My Account" section on www.virginvoyages.com, or by contacting Sailor Services. While on board, Sailors can also cancel before the 24-hour cancellation deadline by stopping at The Red Table on Deck 7.
  • Sailors can purchase the My Next Virgin Voyage onboard offer with a personal form of payment such as a credit or debit card. The name of the Sailor must match the form of payment to be approved and processed. Company cards or corporate business cards are excluded as an approved form of payment.
  • Yes, it can be combined with some of our other offers, programs, and promotions that are available when a Sailor is using their deposit to book a future voyage on a specific sail date and cabin category. Please note that some exclusions apply. The “My Next Virgin Voyage Offer” is not combinable with deeply discounted rates (including but not limited to Sweepstakes, Casino, Charters, First Mate Rates, Lock It In Rates, Free Access Key Promotions, First Mate Exclusive Sailor Loots, Contracted Group Rates, Groups Bar Tab, Affinity Loot, Interline Rates,  FL Resident Rates, Tour Operator Net Rates, Best Price Guarantee, etc.). Be sure to check out our Promotional Terms & Conditions for the most up to date information.
  • Most of our Sea Terrace cabins (The Sea Terrace, Central Sea Terrace, and XL Sea Terrace), RockStar Quarters, and Mega RockStar Quarters are eligible for the My Next Virgin Voyage offer. Lock it in Rates, Social Insider, Solo Insider, The Insider, Solo Sea View, The Sea View, Sea Terrace: (Slightly) Smaller Balcony and Ltd View Sea Terrace are excluded from this offer.
  • Yes, Sailors can choose a specific voyage date while on board and take advantage of the My Next Virgin Voyage (MNVV) offer by stopping by Future Voyage Sales on Deck 7 Midship. Sailors must pay the 20% deposit, and our Future Voyage Sales Crew will apply the offer to the booking.
  • Scheduling your new voyage online is easy and (sea)breezy. Here’s how to do it: 
    1. Click the icon of a Sailor with a suitcase (next to the “Book” button) on our homepage and log into My Account.
    2. Once you’re logged in, click on “Schedule Voyage” next to the MNVV placeholder on your account dashboard.
    3. After reviewing our policies for this offer click “Next”.
    4. Select any eligible voyage and cabin type.
    5. Complete your booking and make a payment (if necessary).
    Once the booking is complete, swim over to My Account to see your new voyage. If you have any questions, please contact your First Mate or our fabulous Sailor Services Crew.
  • If you are sailing soon, visit the Future Voyage Sales Crew on Deck 7, Midship. They can explain how the offer works and share more information about the unforgettable locations we will visit during our future sailings. For Sailors who have already purchased a My Next Virgin Voyage, please contact our fabulous Sailor Services crew or your travel advisor.
  • Once a Sailor has chosen a future voyage date for the My Next Virgin Voyage offer, they can only change their voyage up until one (1) year after the original voyage date, and Sailors can only move the date of their voyage one (1) time after choosing their original voyage date. This change is only available for bookings made with our Essential fare class or Premium fare class options. Base Fare options are ineligible for changes.
  • To cancel a Shore Thing via the app, follow these steps:

    1. Open the app and look for the "My Agenda" section
    2. Find the Shore Thing you want to cancel in your agenda
    3. Click on it and you'll see the option to "cancel"

  • Check out the Sailor App or My Account on VirginVoyages.com for availability, or swim by any of our restaurants for details on making dining reservations.
  • Prior to sailing, Sailors will have the ability to book directly from our Virgin Voyages App, on "My Account" on www.virginvoyages.com, with our Sailor Services Crew or through their travel agent. Payment for Shore Things will be due at the time of booking.

  • The My Next Virgin Voyage onboard offer is a discount and onboard credit applicable towards your future sailing. This offer can be secured by placing a $150 deposit while onboard. The offer value depends on the number of nights booked. If booking a voyage between 4 to 5 nights, Sailors will receive a $150 discount + $150 onboard credit. For voyages ranging from 6 to 8 nights, Sailors will receive a $200 discount + $200 onboard credit. For voyages that are 9 nights or longer, Sailors will receive a $250 discount + $250 onboard credit. All values are all listed as USD.
  • The “My Next Virgin Voyage” onboard offer’s promotional onboard credit will only apply to the Sailor’s future voyage. Sailors can use onboard credit to purchase specialty drinks, spa treatments, tattoos, retail items, Shore Things booked onboard, and more! Onboard credit is often referred to as “Sailor Loot.” Onboard credit can be used in the Casino for gameplay but cannot be cashed out. Unlike Future Voyage Credit, Sailor Loot cannot be used on pre-voyage purchases, including Bar Tabs or shore excursions booked before the voyage’s departure date. All Sailor Loot is dedicated to the sailing it is applied to. Unused funds will not be refunded or rolled over after the voyage ends.
  • Sailors have two options to reserve the My Next Virgin Voyage onboard offer. (1) Sailors can select their exact ship and sail date with the Future Voyage Sales Crew by placing a 20% deposit. The onboard offer will then be reflected on the Sailor’s booking. (2) Alternatively, Sailors don’t know exactly when they would like to sail, they can reserve a “Placeholder” by placing a $150 open deposit to reserve the offer and selecting their exact voyage at a later date. The offer is valid for two years from the date of purchase, and the Sailor must book and sail within the two-year window.
  • You can pay for your Shore Things through the Virgin Voyages App, "My Account" on www.virginvoyages.com,  or by visiting us on board at the Sailor Services Desk on Deck 5.
  • You can claim your booking on the Web or the Virgin Voyages App. If you don’t see your reservation in your account, follow these steps to connect your booking via My Account on the web:
    1. Swim over to VirginVoyages.com.
    2. Click on the account icon (it looks like a person with a suitcase) at the top of the page.
    3. In the drop-down menu, select “Sign in to your account.”
    4. Sign in using your personal email address (preferably the one used for your booking, but it’s not required to connect a booking).
    5. After signing in, you’ll land on your account information page—click “Connect a booking.”
    6. Enter your last name, booking number, and date of birth, then submit.
    Once your booking is connected, you should be able to see all your voyage details on the Virgin Voyages App and on VirginVoyages.com. If you have multiple accounts or any other web accounts, they will be deactivated after 24 hours.
  • Bar Tabs can be purchased through the Virgin Voyages app, My Account, your travel agent, or by giving our Sailor Services Crew a ring at 954-488-2955 (US), +44 (20) 30034919 (UK), or +61 (1800) 491708 (AUS).
  • If you’re logged in but don’t see your reservation, it’s possible your booking is linked to a different email than the one you used to sign up. This can happen if:
    • A different email was used when booking your voyage
    • There was a typo in your email during registration
    • You signed up with Google, Apple, or Facebook, which may have created a separate account
    To fix this, try claiming your booking via My Account Dashboard or via the Virgin Voyages App by entering your booking details. If you still don’t see it, please reach out to our Sailor Services Crew, and we’ll be happy to help get your account sorted.
  • The 24 Hour Breather allows Sailors to place a hold on bookings for 24 hours without payment for sailings 45+ days away. Once the booking is on hold, Sailors can log into My Account and finalize their reservation by placing a deposit or paying in full.
  • For bookings made on or before October 6, 2025:
    Yes! The eligible Sailor must book this offer and contact our Sailor Services Crew or their First Mate to schedule their voyage. Once the voyage is confirmed and the booking is made, Sailors can contact Sailor Services any time up to 48 hours before the voyage date to change the name(s) on the booking.

    For bookings made on or after October 7, 2025:
    Your ability to transfer or change names depends on the voyage fare option you selected. Sailors who booked the Base Fare should keep in mind that Base Fare rules override the My Next Virgin Voyage name change rules, meaning this fare does not include the cabin change benefit.
  • Ordering through ShipEats is easy and (sea)breezy. Here's how to do it:

    1. Launch the Sailor app on your device and navigating to the ShipEats section in the “Services” tab. 
    2. Browse the available food options, select the items you want to order, then add them to your basket by clicking the “Add to Basket” button. 
    3. After making your selections, proceed by clicking on “View Basket.” 
    4. Ensure your cabin number is correct, review your order, and click “Place Order.” 

    Now your order will be on its way to your cabin. You can track the status of your order in the “My Orders” section of ShipEats or by clicking on the purple banner at the top of the screen.
  • While Bar Tab is not available to purchase on board our lady ships, Sailors can pre-purchase their Bar Tab in the Virgin Voyages app or by logging into My Account up until 24 hours prior to sailing. By pre-purchasing a Bar Tab, we'll top you off with an extra bonus on us.
  • All Sailors will have the ability to book shore excursions (which we like to call our "Shore Things") directly from our Sailor App, through the "My Account" section in www.virginvoyages.com, with our Sailor Services Crew or through a travel agent at least 120 days prior to their voyage start, and those booked in RockStar Quarters will get early access to book within 135 days. Payment for Shore Things will be due at the time of booking.
  • Not your average “stock tour” experiences, our Shore Things aim to connect Sailors to paths less traveled within each destination, providing access to local culture and discovery.

    Sailors can book Shore Things by visiting the Discover tab on the Sailor App, logging into "My Account", chatting with our Sailor Services Crew or through their travel partner.

    All Sailors will be able to book within 120 days prior to their voyage start, and those booked in RockStar Quarters will get early access within 135 days.
  • The “My Next Virgin Voyage” onboard offer consists of two components: onboard credit and a voyage fare discount. Onboard credit will always be displayed and provided in USD, as this is the local currency of all Virgin Voyages’ vessels. The voyage fare currency is eligible for preset currency conversion and will be applied to the Sailor’s future booking based on the static values below.

    Onboard Credit:
    • 4 to 5-night voyages ($150 USD discount) — Always $150 USD based on the ship’s local currency
    • 6 to 8-night voyages ($200 USD discount) — Always $200 USD based on the ship’s local currency
    • 9-night or longer voyages ($250 USD discount) — Always $250 USD based on the ship’s local currency
    Voyage Fare Discount:
    • 4 to 5-night voyages ($150 USD discount) — CAD $205, GBP £120, EUR €140, AUD $225 and NZD $245
    • 6 to 8-night voyages ($200 USD discount) — CAD $270, GBP £160, EUR €185, AUD $300 and NZD $325
    • 9-night or longer voyages ($250 USD discount) — CAD $340, GBP £200, EUR €230, AUD $375 and NZD $410
  • Your luggage should be delivered to your cabin by the time our Lady Ship departs the port.
  • Yes, Virgin Voyages will gladly transfer a reservation to your travel agent within 30 days from the creation date when a reservation is not paid in full.
  • If you’d like to make a reservation, you can! Dining reservations can be booked during the pre-voyage period directly through the Virgin Voyages App, via My Account on VirginVoyages.com, or through your First Mate (travel advisor).

    If your booking was made on or after October 7, 2025, your pre-voyage dining window will depend on the VoyageFair Choice you’ve selected.

    If you prefer to go with the flow, we also take walk-ins and same-day reservations at all of our eateries — so you’ll never have to worry about missing out on an incredible dining experience.
    And if you try to book before sailing and see no availability, don’t stress — not all dining slots are released pre-voyage. More reservations open up once you’re on board.
  • Sailors will have two (2) years from putting down a deposit to choose a voyage date and sail. If a Sailor does not book and sail within two (2) years from the moment the deposit was placed, Virgin Voyages will assume that the Sailor has decided not to take advantage of the offer and their deposit will be claimed by Virgin Voyages as a penalty/expired Future Voyage Offer. The Sailor’s voyage date must commence on or before the two year expiration date.
