Where do we drop off our luggage for a Voyage sailing out of San Juan? Our Terminal Angels will tag all Sailor's luggage in the lot adjacent to Pier 4 (if facing the pier, it will be to your right). Are Sailors able to drop off their luggage at Terminal V earlier than their embarkation time?
We understand that not everyone can drop off their luggage at their exact arrival time. So, to make things more convenient for our Sailors, we'll start accepting luggage at Terminal V from 9 AM onwards.
If you decide to drop off your luggage early, please keep in mind that you should return to the terminal no earlier than 15 minutes before your chosen arrival time. We want to avoid overcrowding and ensure a smooth check-in experience for everyone.
Just a friendly reminder, there won't be any seating available outside the terminal, and access to the terminal will be limited to Sailors at their scheduled arrival time, which you selected during the check-in process on the Virgin Voyages App. Arriving early doesn't mean you'll get in early, so please plan accordingly. -
How do I make a special request such as meals, excess baggage? If you have any special requests or need personal accommodations, please contact our Sailor Services Crew or your travel agent, and they'll be able to let the ship know precisely what you need!

If you must bring that rare bottle of red you got in the south of France, we get it. Sailors are also welcome to bring two (2) 750mL bottles of wine per cabin in carry-on bags (sorry, no liquor or beer please). Please note, any alcohol in your checked luggage will be confiscated. You are also welcome to bring specialty liquors from a port of call on board. Simply hand them to our security team as you board, and we will hold them until your final night.
