1. Check your WiFi network
Make sure your device is connected to VirginVoyages-Sailor. Not a personal hotspot, not a network you saved from home — this exact one. Pop into your device's WiFi settings to confirm.
2. Turn off your VPN
If you've got a VPN running, switch it off. VPNs reroute your traffic in ways that stop our system from recognizing you're onboard — even when you're standing right in the middle of the ship.
3. Switch off Private/Secure DNS
Some devices and browsers automatically encrypt DNS requests (sometimes called "Private DNS," "Secure DNS," or "DNS over HTTPS"). This needs to be turned off for our sign-in page to load. It's usually tucked into your device or browser's network settings.
Once those three are sorted, refresh this page and you should be good to sail through.
