We’ve made it simple to turn airline, hotel, or cruise status into instant perks at sea — no booking required to apply. Here’s how:

Create a Sailor Account
Visit the My Account page and sign up — or log into — your Sailor account. Once you're in, you’ll see the Status Match request form ready to complete.
Apply for Status Match
Choose your current airline, hotel, or cruise loyalty program, upload proof of your status, and submit your application by February 28, 2026.
Get Your Access Key
After your status is verified and approved, we’ll send you an exclusive Access Key via email — your fast-track code to use when booking a new Virgin Voyages sailing.
Book & Sail Like a VIP
Use your Access Key to book any new voyage by April 14, 2026, and enjoy your Blue Extras perks automatically applied on that upcoming sailing.

1. Offer Overview. These terms and conditions outline the Enhanced Status Match February Offer (the “Offer”).

2. Eligibility/Caveats.

2.1. Virgin Voyages will provide an enhanced status match on one (1) new booking purchased between 10:00 a.m. local U.S. East Coast time on 10 February 2026 through 11:59 p.m. local U.S. East Coast time on 14 April 2026. When booking, the Sailor must enter the Access Key provided during checkout to receive the Offer. The Offer is not automatically applied to any booking meeting the requirements. This Offer must be applied at time of booking and will not be retroactively applied to any existing bookings.

2.2. During the Booking Window, Sailors will be eligible to receive loyalty perks. Sailors must have an active Virgin Voyages account or create one before enrollment. Proof of qualifying loyalty program membership (such as a screenshot, digital membership card, or account statement) must be submitted through the official enrollment form during the Offer program period. Enrollment period for the Offer program is from 10:00 am local U.S East Coast time on 10 February 2026 through 11:59 p.m. local U.S East Coast time on 28 February 2026. Participation is limited to one (1) submission and one (1) sailing per Sailor. Duplicate or incomplete submissions will not be processed.

Additionally, Virgin Voyages reserves the right to validate the authenticity of all submitted loyalty program documentation. Once verified, eligible Sailors will receive a single-use access key granting them temporary access to Blue Extras Experience benefits. Each access key may only be used once and cannot be replaced if lost, expired, or used in error. These benefits apply only once and only to the voyage in which the access key is redeemed. The benefits are not transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value.

Access to Blue Extras benefits through this Program does not constitute an upgrade to the permanent Blue Extras tier. Sailors must still qualify for that tier under standard Virgin Voyages loyalty program criteria.

Eligible Sailors who redeem their access key will receive one-time access to the following Blue Extras Experience benefits on their next eligible voyage:

One (1) complimentary bag of laundry
One (1) specialty coffee per day
Invitation to an exclusive onboard cocktail event
Dedicated Sailing Club Sailor Services support

The Loyalty Perks are to be applied to the primary sailor only.

2.3. Eligible Cabins. The Enhanced Status Match Offer applies to all cabin categories.

2.4. Eligible Voyages. The Enhanced Status Match Offer is eligible on all open-for-sale revenue voyages and cannot be used on chartered voyages.

2.5. This offer may only be combined with the Wave 2026 Offer, Pay In Full Discount, My Next Virgin Voyage Program, Resident Rate Programs (Florida, Georgia, Puerto Rico, Canada, Northeast), Military and First Responders Rates Offer. Base, Essential and Premium fare bookings are eligible for this promotion.

This offer is not combinable with any other promotional offers, discounts, or credits, including, but not limited to reduced rate cabins. Offer and combinability with other promotional offers are subject to change at any time per Virgin Voyages' discretion.

3. Cancellations. Virgin Voyages’ cancellation policies apply.
