Convento de La Popa is a 17th-century monastery perched high on a hill. The first stop on the tour, it offers sweeping views of Cartagena and the bay.
After you get some photos, you'll drive down to see the massive San Felipe Fortress just outside the walls of Old Town and then head to Getsemani, a hip, offbeat neighborhood with the city's most impressive graffiti and street art.
