Continuing on, we’ll reach Krýsuvík where the striking landscape has been shaped by volcanic eruptions and violent movements of the earth. In the geothermal field, powerful jets of steam escape from deep below the earth’s crust and the multicolored pools of boiling mud bubble and pop continuously. End the day bathing in the aquamarine waters of the Blue Lagoon.
