Start your adventure on a boat transfer heading to a scenic driving along the picturesque Lower Corniche to Monaco. Upon arrival you'll visit the Monaco Rock, the Oceanographic Museum, the cathedral and the Prince's Palace. From there you'll drive part of the F1 circuit to Monte Carlo to explore the casino square and enjoy some time to shop, peruse or grab a bite to eat. Finally, you'll return to the port in Nice via the Middle Corniche and it's incredible sea views.

Need to know

  • Sailors booked on a Shore Thing will be tendered to Nice pier, rather than Villefranche, to board their coaches

  • Passport is required to enter the casino — driving licenses are not accepted

  • Uneven terrain and steps; comfortable walking shoes are recommended

  • The drive to Monaco from Nice is approximately 1 hour

  • Driving routes follow narrow, single-lane roads where traffic is common; Highway travel is limited

  • Dress code alert: smart attire is required to enter the casino
