We’re committed to delivering exceptional experiences, but given the global challenges still impacting the travel industry, we’ve made the decision to delay our Resilient Lady launch season. We understand how disappointing this is; you may have taken your PTO, made flights, organized plans with friends around it; and we’ve kept all that in mind with our offers and reimbursements — which you can find detailed below, as well as forms to submit your requests or easily rebook your voyage. That being said, please know that you don’t have to do anything; if you don’t take any action, you will be defaulted to our Double Your Value Option detailed directly below.

Double Your Value
We want to give you time to consider which option is best for you and your personal circumstances. Your first option is converting your voyage fare to a 200% Future Voyage Credit, based on the amount you’ve paid toward your voyage — which is double the value of your existing paid fare.
Option 2
Full Refund
If you’d prefer not to go with the Double Your Value Option(s) above, you have the option to be fully refunded on everything you paid for your voyage — plus receive a Future Voyage Credit equal to 25% of your paid voyage fare to use on a future sailing date.

Why are you delaying the launch of Resilient Lady until May 2023?
There are a number of global challenges that affect travel and particularly the cruise industry, including supply chain issues, crewing challenges and regional uncertainty.

Why should I rebook again? My sailing has already been canceled multiple times.
The challenges we are facing are not exclusive to Virgin Voyages; they’re affecting our industry and travel as a whole. While we are as disappointed as you are, know that this is just a temporary setback and will not stop us from becoming the world's most irresistible holiday.

Will all of my Sailor Loot and promotional offers be honored and applied to my new booking?
We’ll be honoring all promotional offers and Sailor Loot that were applied to your impacted voyage.
I’m traveling in a Circle or group. Is there a special process to handle my booking?
Sailors booked in a Circle will receive the same flexible offers and are not required to choose the same option as others in the group. Our team will be contacting Circle Leaders, but Sailors may also reach out to our Crew to manage each individual booking.
I’m booked on back-to-back sailings. Is there a special process to handle my bookings?
We recognize and appreciate that you’re spending some additional time with us, and we are going to make every effort to accommodate your cabin assignments on new bookings.
How long will it take to see my refund for the voyage?
We understand the importance of receiving your voyage fare refund, and our goal is to process these requests as quickly as possible. We expect to process refunds within 7 days from receiving your request. Please note that refunds may take up to 14 days to reflect in your account based on your banking institution.
How long will it take to receive my travel reimbursement?
Our goal is to process travel reimbursements within 30 days from the time a request is submitted. Reimbursements will be sent to Sailors via a check in the mail (for US residents) or Western Union Cash Pickup (10-digit MTCN tracking number).
How long will it take to see the 'Double Your Value' credit on My Account?
We have already begun to process ‘Double Your Value’ credits, and we expect most accounts to be updated by the end of June.
However, we know that each booking is unique and may require some additional love. We are working as quickly as possible to ensure this is reflected accurately on each of our Sailors’ accounts.

What voyage dates can I use my new Access Key for?
Access Keys are valid for 2022 voyages on board Scarlet Lady or Valiant Lady in a Sea Terrace cabin for two Sailors. Blackout dates include:
- Valiant Lady: 7/3/22, 12/30/22
- Scarlet Lady: 7/17/22, 12/4/22, 12/14/22, 12/27/22
