Our team has made the very difficult decision to postpone our inaugural sailing season until October 16th, 2020. We’ve been working hard to find a way to set sail by August, but that hasn’t turned out to be possible.
We know how disappointing this is, but we trust that you’ll understand that this decision wasn’t made lightly given the evolving global health challenge we’re all up against. We’re just as eager to get out to sea as you, but we won’t do it until the time is right. To make up for this change, we’re offering several flexible options to Sailors booked on these impacted sailings.
Double Your Value or Full FVC
For sailings canceled for the first time, Sailors have the option of receiving 200% in Future Voyage Credit which you can apply to another sailing, rather than a refund. That’s double the amount you have paid to date toward voyage fare.*
Full Refund
A full refund of your voyage fare along with a Future Voyage Credit equal to 25% of the booked voyage fare to be used on a future sailing.**
*For sailings canceled twice, we will auto-credit the full 200% in FVC from your original canceled sailing, if you’d prefer that over a refund.
**All refunds will be applied to your original form of payment within 30 days.
