Best Price Guarantee FAQs
Our Best Price Guarantee ensures that you receive the lowest advertised rate on your voyage fare and preferred promotional offer. If you find a lower fare or different promotional offer with Virgin Voyages and your booking meets the requirements, you can request to have the savings or promotion applied to your existing booking....
Within 48 hours of booking, you can submit a form showing proof of a lower advertised rate for the same sailing, sail date, cabin type, and number of Sailors. Please keep in mind that form submissions will only be accepted up to 7 days before embarkation....
If your booking is partially paid, your voyage fare will be discounted to reflect the difference in price....
If your booking is fully paid, you will receive Future Voyage Credit (FVC) for the difference in price. (Future Voyage Credit can be applied to purchase add ons and Bar Tab)....
No, Sailor Loot and add-ons do not qualify for the Best Price Guarantee. This guarantee applies only to the voyage fare itself and cannot be combined with any additional offers or promotions....
Best Price Guarantee is not applicable with all offers and pricing. We will only match offers the Sailor qualifies for. Bundled rates (Air + Voyage) will not qualify....
We will only match the voyage fare itself, meaning that bundled rates are excluded. Our Best Price Guarantee is not applicable to bookings made through a tour operator. Additionally, group rates, membership programs, charters, and other travel agent promotions not offered by Virgin Voyages to the general public (including, but not limited to, travel agent rebates) are ineligible for this offer....
If you book your original voyage date using your My Next Virgin Voyage (MNVV) and the price changes, we will honor the Best Price Guarantee adjustment and carry over the MNVV on your booking. (Please note that the MNVV offer must have been included in your original booking when you first made your reservation)....
“Best Price Guarantee” Terms and Conditions

1. Offer Details. Best Price Guarantee is available for any Sailor within forty-eight (48) hours of the generation of a booking confirmation number, that is, forty-eight (48) hours from the point at which one’s booking is created. If that Sailor finds a better available rate on our website or elsewhere, we will match and honor any rate a Sailor qualifies for via submission of a form.
2. Eligible Bookings. Eligible new bookings are those purchased beginning 12:01 a.m. EDT on 06 August 2024 and will continue indefinitely. Should Virgin Voyages decide to terminate this program, we will do so with 30 days’ notice.
3. Restrictions/Exclusions/Caveats. Best Price Guaranteed is subject to the following restrictions and exclusions.
3.1. Sailors must submit the form with evidence of the new/lower Voyage Fare (website link and screenshot fields) within forty-eight (48) hours of booking any voyage, that is, forty-eight (48) hours from the point that one’s booking confirmation number is generated. The new/lower Voyage Fare must apply to the same cruise (defined as same ship, sail date, stateroom category, fare class (i.e., Base, Essential, or Premium) if applicable, and number of guests). Form submissions will be reviewed, considered and either approved or denied. If approved, the offer may be applied up to seven (7) days prior to voyage start date.
3.2. Virgin Voyages will price match any booking made directly through the Virgin Voyages website, a Sailor Services representative or a registered First Mate. This offer is not applicable to bookings made through a Tour Operator. For approved bookings that are partially paid, Sailor will have Voyage Fare discounted to reflect the difference in price. For approved bookings that are fully paid, Sailor will receive a payment Future Voyage Credit to reflect the difference in price.
3.3. Virgin Voyages will only match Voyage Fare. Bundled rates are not applicable. Form requests must be submitted in the same currency in which the voyage was purchased in order to be eligible.
3.4. Interactions with other following offers, discounts, or credits. If the new/lower Voyage Fare is not combinable with any promotion associated with the existing booking, or changes are being made outside of the promotional booking window, the booking will not be eligible for Best Price Guaranteed. Group rates, membership programs, charters or other Travel Agent promotions not offered by Virgin Voyages to the general public, including but not limited to travel agent rebates and My Next Virgin Voyage, are ineligible.
4. Virgin Voyages’ cancellation policies apply. We reserve the right to modify this offer at any time....
