How can I change, upgrade, or relocate my cabin?
Whether you're looking to change your cabin — including its location on the ship — or upgrade to a higher cabin category altogether, your options depend on when you booked and which fare you selected.

When can I place a bid through Level Upgrade?
Level Upgrade bidding will be available for specific sailings at various timeframes. You'll receive an email that will let you know when you can bid or you can check if your booking is eligible on our Level Upgrade page.
Which cabin categories are eligible for Level Upgrade?
All cabin categories (except the Massive Suite) are eligible for Level Upgrade based on availability for each sailing.
For Level Upgrade, if my offer is accepted, how does the payment work?
If accepted, your offer is automatically processed and charged to your form of payment on file.
Once I make a Level Upgrade offer, how long will I wait for a response?
Most responses are accepted approximately 48 hours prior to your sailing. If you don’t hear back give our Sailor Services a ring at +1 954 488 2955.
Does my Level Upgrade include any promotions?
Your Level Upgrade does not include any additional promotions but you can keep the promotions you already have.
Can I upgrade my cabin if my booking is financed with Flexpay?
Yes, Sailors can upgrade their cabin by re-applying for a new Flexpay loan.
