What if I forget something on the ship?
We understand ship happens, and you may accidentally leave something important behind. Just fill out our Lost & Found form, and our Crew will start a search for your belongings. You'll be able to check the status of your request once it is created.
I was on a recent sailing and tested positive for COVID-19 after returning. Are you doing contact tracing?
Yes, caring for each other extends beyond the time we sail together, and contact tracing is an important part of our Voyage Well protocol. If you feel unwell or have tested positive for COVID-19 after your voyage, please reach out directly to healthcheck@virginvoyages.com with your booking number, voyage date, and cabin number, and our medical team will conduct proper contact tracing.
