1. Offer Terms. These terms and conditions detail the Black Friday Preview: 80% off Second Sailor + up to $600 in Free Drinks offer. Qualified bookings will be eligible for a certain percentage off of the voyage fare for a second person traveling in company, plus a free “Bar Tab”, in varying amounts depending on the length of voyage; see the “Promotional Bar Tab” section below. Base, Essential and Premium fare class bookings are eligible for this promotion.
2. Eligible Bookings.
Eligible bookings are those purchased for an eligible cabin (see section 3.1) for an eligible voyage date between 12:00:01 a.m. local US east coast time on 03 November 2026 through 11:59:59 p.m. local US east coast time on 19 November 2026. Eligible voyage dates are any voyage open for sale on non-charter, open, revenue voyages. Sailings lasting 3 nights or fewer do not qualify for the bar tab credit; however, they remain eligible to receive the promotional discount.
3. Restrictions/Exclusions. The Black Friday Preview: 80% off Second Sailor + up to $600 in Free Drinks Offer is subject to the following restrictions and exclusions.
3.1. Eligible Cabins, Percentage Off: Only cabins in the Sea Terrace Meta Category cabins, The Sea View, Lock It In Rate Sea View, The Insider, and Lock It In Rate insider cabins are eligible for the percentage off in the Black Friday Preview: 80% off Second Sailor + up to $600 in Free Drinks Offer. The Sea Terrace Meta Category includes the following cabins: XL Sea Terrace, Central Sea Terrace, The Sea Terrace, Sea Terrace Slightly Smaller Balcony, Ltd View Sea Terrace, and the Lock It In Rate Ltd View Sea Terrace. THIS OFFER EXCLUDES THE SOLO SEA VIEW AND SOLO INSIDER CABINS. The Sailors to whom the two bookings apply must travel in the same cabin.
3.2. Eligible Cabins, Bar Tab: Only cabins in the Rockstar Suite category and select Sea Terrace Meta Category cabins are eligible for the Bar Tab in the Black Friday Preview: 80% off Second Sailor + up to $600 in Free Drinks Offer.
The select Sea Terrace Meta Category includes the following cabins: XL Sea Terrace, Central Sea Terrace, The Sea Terrace, Sea Terrace Slightly Smaller Balcony, Ltd View Sea Terrace. The select Rockstar Suite Meta cabins, which include: Brilliant Suite, Cheeky Corner Suite - Biggest Terrace, Cheeky Corner Suite - Even Bigger Terrace, Cheeky Corner Suite - Pretty Big Terrace, Seriously Suite, Sweet Aft Suite - Biggest Terrace, Sweet Aft Suite - Even Bigger Terrace, Sweet Aft Suite - Pretty Big Terrace.

3.3. Charter voyages are excluded from the Black Friday Preview: 80% off Second Sailor + up to $600 in Free Drinks Offer.
3.4. The Black Friday Preview: 80% off Second Sailor + up to $600 in Free Drinks Offer is combinable with the following offers, promotions, discounts, or credits: My Next Virgin Voyage Offer, Resident Rates (Florida, Georgia, Puerto Rico, Canada, Northeast, Mexico, West Coast, Texas), Military and First Responders Rates Offer, Reduced Single Supplement, Refer a Sailor Program, Promotional Kickers, TLN Amenity Departure, Exclusive Sailor Loot Program, Groups Program, Loyalty Offer (earning and redeeming), Cruise Privileges Program, and Tour Operators. - “Buy One Fare Get a Second Fare 80% off.” Under the Black Friday Preview: 80% off Second Sailor + up to $600 in Free Drinks offer bookings made through 19 November 2026, Virgin Voyages will provide a total discount of 40% off both Sailor 1 and Sailor 2 retail (base) voyage fares when two (2) Sailors book a voyage to sail together in an Eligible Cabin (see section 3.1 for Eligible Cabins). Additionally, if there are four (4) Sailors traveling together in one cabin, all four (4) Sailors will receive 40% off their Voyage Fare. Eligible cabins are listed in section 3.1.

At our discretion we may offer a GTY Booking at our “Lock It In” rate. This means you may book a cabin of a guaranteed minimum category type at a reduced rate, i.e., our “Lock It In” rate. This is separate from our “Oversell Guarantee,” in which we guarantee you the cabin/suite you book, unless we oversell, in which case you may be upgraded at no additional cost.
The benefits to you of a “Lock It In” GTY Booking are that, after your booking has been confirmed:
- We may (at our discretion) upgrade your cabin to one of a superior Category or superior MetaCategory to that originally booked at no extra charge to you.
- You are ‘guaranteed’ the minimum Category of cabin we agreed to offer at the time of booking (your “Lock It In” rate category).
- The cabin we allocate will be suitable for the number of Guests occupying it.
- You will be able to book your dining beginning 15 days before your sailing.
- You will receive our basic WiFi onboard.
We categorize cabins in “MetaCategories,” then “Categories” of cabins. Those MetaCategories and Categories are listed in decreasing precedence (that is, the lowest precedence is at bottom):

In exchange for the reduced price and chance for upgrade, there are restrictions imposed:
- Once your cabin has been allocated to you as a “Lock It In” GTY Booking, we are unable to accept any changes requested by you or your Travel Agent.
- Your ability to change cruises is affected: you are restricted from changing your cruise date, and you will not get a future voyage credit if you do.
- You may not know your cabin number until your Sail Date. This is because we may assign your cabin up to (and including) the day you actually sail.
By way of example, if you book a “Sea Terrace” cabin as a Lock It In GTY Booking, that is, the “Sea Terrace Lock It In Rate,” you (1) will pay a lower price than you would otherwise for a Sea Terrace Cabin, and (2) you may be upgraded to a “XL Sea Terrace” or an even higher category. However, (3) you are locked-in to that cruise date such that you will not get a refund or a future voyage credit if you cancel (to say it another way, money spent on GTY Bookings is non-refundable as Lock it in rate bookings do not qualify for the standard 7-day grace period), (4) you may not know your cabin until you check in on your sail date, and (5) you may not be permitted to change your Cabin once it is assigned.
Unless otherwise stated, our normal Booking Policies apply, see https://www.virginvoyages.com/addl-terms-and-conditions; in particular the “Booking Policies,” “Payment,” “Cancellation Policy” sections.
If you have a specific requirement regarding your cabin, or cabin location, or are travelling with family or friends you want to be near, then we suggest you do not book as a “Lock It In” GTY booking. At times, we may extend other promotional guaranteed booking offers. Suite layouts and benefits vary by category. If you book two or more cruises to be taken back to back and either one or all the cruises are booked as a “Lock It In” GTY Booking there is the possibility that you will be allocated different cabins/suites on each cruise, therefore requiring a move between cabins/suites on the changeover day between your back to back cruises.

3. Customs & Agriculture Declarations.
Guests are advised that any Add-on items, e.g., flowers and chocolates, being brought off the ship must be declared to customs and agriculture officials. You acknowledge that Virgin Voyages is not responsible for, and you agree to waive any liability towards Virgin Voyages as related to, carrying flowers, chocolates, or any Add-on items off the ship.

1. Offer Details. These terms and conditions outline the Virgin Voyages Birthday Offer.
2. Eligibility/Caveats
2.1 Virgin Voyages will provide a promotional Bar Tab credit of $50 USD per cabin on all new bookings purchased on an eligible voyage, as outlined in Section 2.3 below, starting at 12:01 a.m. local U.S. East Coast time on 28 July 2026 and ending at 11:59 p.m. local U.S. East Coast time on 28 August 2026. When booking, the Sailor must enter the Access Key provided during checkout to receive the offer.
2.2 Eligible Cabins and Fares. The Offer applies to the following cabin categories: Massive Suite, Fab Suite, Posh Suite, Gorgeous Suite, Mega RockStar Lock it in Rate, Brilliant Suite, Rockstar Lock it in Rate, Cheeky Corner Suite - Biggest Terrace, Cheeky Corner Suite - Even Bigger Terrace, Cheeky Corner Suite - Pretty Big Terrace, Seriously Suite, Sweet Aft Suite Biggest Terrace, Sweet Aft Suite - Even Bigger Terrace, Sweet Aft Suite Pretty Big Terrace, XL Sea Terrace, Central Sea Terrace, The Sea Terrace, Ltd View Sea Terrace, Sea Terrace: (Slightly) Smaller Balcony, Sea Terrace Lock it in Rate, Solo Sea View, Sea View, Sea View Lock it in Rate, Solo Insider, The Insider and Social Insider. Base, Essential, and Premium fare bookings are eligible for this promotion.
2.3 The Offer is applicable to all non-chartered open for sale revenue voyages.
2.4 The Offer may be combined with the 70% Off 2nd Sailor + Balcony Upgrades Offer, Pay In Full Discount, Groups Program, Resident Rate Programs, Military and First Responders Rates Offer. Offer and combinability with other promotional offers are subject to change at any time, per Virgin Voyages' discretion.
2.5 Incentive and Contracted Circle Programs are excluded from this offer.
2.6 Travel Agents (or “First Mates” in our branding voice) do not earn commission on the Bar Tab value given to Sailors for this offer.
2.7 Offers are personalized and may vary by Sailor. Additionally, Sailors have 30 days to redeem their access key.
2.8 The promotional Bar Tab credit is not redeemable for cash and has no cash value. Additionally, the promotional Bar Tab credit will expire at the end of the selected voyage.
