  • The RockStar check-in lounge via Palm Way is exclusively for our RockStar and Mega RockStar Sailors only. We want to ensure that we are providing a fitting experience for all our VIP suite sailors.
  • The RockStar robes are available for purchase on High Street, located on Deck 6. Just remember, they are exclusive to the ship and can't be purchased once you're back on dry land!

    If you decide to take one from the cabin or suite, the retail price will be added to your final invoice.
  • Sailors staying in a Mega RockStar Quarter can revel in exclusive access to complimentary drinks and bottles of wine around the ship - with reasonable limits, of course. This includes both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks (up to $25 per drink) and two (2) bottles of wine per day per cabin (up to $90).

    Beyond this, Sailors will receive 25% off drinks priced more than $25, as well as 25% off additional bottles and those priced more than $90.
  • Sailors that are booked in a RockStar Quarter can enjoy a fully stocked, in-room bar, as well as a select first round of beverages on us.

  • If you're staying in one of our Mega RockStar Quarters, you can make arrangements through your RockStar Agent. Snacks and drinks can be ordered through ShipEats. 
  • It wouldn't be a Virgin Voyages experience unless you're traveling in style. That's why we're pulling out all the stops to make sure our RockStar Sailors have everything they'll need (and a few extra things, on us). You get WiFi, complimentary dining, free group workouts and entertainment, plus all the essential drinks are included. Our RockStar Quarters Sailors get a little something extra, including: 
    • Suites by world-renowned designer Tom Dixon of the Design Research Studio.
    • RockStar Services Crew support to accommodate any special requests before and during your voyage
    • Early access to bookable experiences on shore and at sea 
    • Select beverages on us
    • Membership to Richard's Rooftop, an exclusive sun deck for RockStar Quarters Sailors
  • Most of our Sea Terrace cabins (The Sea Terrace, Central Sea Terrace, and XL Sea Terrace), RockStar Quarters, and Mega RockStar Quarters are eligible for the My Next Virgin Voyage offer. Lock it in Rates, Social Insider, Solo Insider, The Insider, Solo Sea View, The Sea View, Sea Terrace: (Slightly) Smaller Balcony and Ltd View Sea Terrace are excluded from this offer.
  • All Sailors will have the ability to book shore excursions (which we like to call our "Shore Things") directly from our Sailor App, through the "My Account" section in www.virginvoyages.com, with our Sailor Services Crew or through a travel agent.

    Booking opens 120 days before the voyage start date for all Sailors. Payment is due at the time of booking.

    Sailors who are booked in RockStar Quarters may begin booking 135 days before the voyage start date.

    The 135-day early access window applies only to the Sailor(s) staying in a RockStar Quarters cabin. It does not extend to any other Sailors on the same voyage who are not booked in RockStar Quarters.
     
  • Yes — there is a $10 delivery charge. However, the fee is waived if you order items totalling $10 or more, or if you’re staying in one of our RockStar Quarters.
  • The colors of our Bands were designed specifically with our Sailors' onboard experience in mind. As part of our RockStar Quarters offerings, Sailors booked in a suite will receive black and gold Bands.
  • For bookings made on or before October 6, 2025:
    Sailors can book dining experiences directly from the Virgin Voyages App, through My Account on VirginVoyages.com, or with Sailor Services starting 60 days before departure. Sailors booked in RockStar and Mega RockStar Quarters can begin booking 120 days before departure.

    For bookings made on or after October 7, 2025:
    Dining reservations open based on the voyage Fare option selected:
    • Lock It In or Base (Standard Cabins): dining opens 15 days before sailing
    • Essential (Standard Cabins): dining opens 45 days before sailing
    • Premium (Standard Cabins): dining opens 60 days before sailing
    • RockStar & Mega RockStar Quarters (Lock It In or Non-Lock It In): dining opens 120 days before sailing
    For all bookings:
    Other onboard experiences — such as spa treatments, entertainment, and tattoos — are available to reserve once you’re on board. In the meantime, you can preview our entertainment lineup in the Virgin Voyages App, and we’ll notify booked Sailors when pre-voyage reservations open up.
  • Sailors with access to Deep Blue Extras may arrive at the terminal as early as 1:45 PM and board through Priority Check-In to be among the first to board the ship, following RockStar Sailors.
  • We offer ground transportation for our Mega RockStar Sailors with extended service to Central London and nearby airports for an additional charge. For additional information, please contact Sailor Services Crew Mon-Fri from 8 am - 9 pm and Sat-Sun from 9 am - 6 pm (EST) at 954-488-2955.
  • For bookings made on or before October 6, 2025:
    Yes! You can change your voyage date up until 45 days before sailing, and the new voyage date can be up to 1 year from the original sailing start date. Any bookable experiences (like dining, Shore Things, or arrival time slots) will need to be rebooked on the new voyage.

    For bookings made on or after October 7, 2025:
    Your ability to change your voyage date depends on the voyage fare option you selected:
    • Lock It In and Base (Standard Cabins): Voyage date changes are not allowed.
    • Essential & Premium (Standard Cabins) and RockStar & Mega RockStar Suites (Non-Lock It In): Voyage date changes are allowed up to 45 days before sailing, and the new date must be within 1 year of the original sailing start date.
  • For bookings made on or before October 6, 2025:
    Yes! Names on reservations can be changed up to 48 hours before your voyage — at no additional cost (excluding air implications). Please reach out to our Sailor Services Crew or your travel agent to have someone sail in your place.

    For bookings made on or after October 7, 2025:
    Name change flexibility depends on the voyage fare option you selected:
    • Lock It In (Standard Cabins & Suites): No name changes allowed.
    • Base (Standard Cabins): No name changes allowed.
    • Essential (Standard Cabins): The Lead Sailor (Sailor #1) cannot be changed, but additional Sailors in the cabin may be changed up to 48 hours before sailing.
    • Premium (Standard Cabins): Any Sailor in the cabin may be changed up to 48 hours before sailing.
    • RockStar & Mega RockStar Suites (Non-Lock It In): Any Sailor in the suite may be changed up to 48 hours before sailing.
  • Not your average “stock tour” experiences, our Shore Things aim to connect Sailors to paths less traveled within each destination, providing access to local culture and discovery.

    Sailors can book Shore Things by visiting the Discover tab on the Sailor App, logging into "My Account", chatting with our Sailor Services Crew or through their travel partner.

    All Sailors will be able to book within 120 days prior to their voyage start, and those booked in RockStar Quarters will get early access within 135 days.
  • Yes! Every Sailor has access to Wi-Fi at sea — so you can browse, email, message, and scroll social media without extra charges. For those looking for enhanced connectivity, optional upgrades (like Premium and Work from Sea Wi-Fi) are available for an additional cost, subject to availability.

    For bookings made on or before October 6, 2025:
    All Sailors receive Classic Wi-Fi browsing at no extra charge, with the option to upgrade onboard.

    For bookings made on or after October 7, 2025:
    The type of Wi-Fi included depends on the voyage fare option you selected when booking:
    • Lock It In & Base (Standard Cabins): Includes Basic Wi-Fi (one device per Sailor).
    • Essential (Standard Cabins): Includes Classic Wi-Fi (one device per Sailor).
    • Premium (Standard Cabins): Includes Premium Wi-Fi (two devices per Sailor).
    • RockStar Quarters (Lock It In or Non-Lock It In): Includes Classic Wi-Fi (one device per Sailor).
    • Mega RockStar Quarters (Lock It In or Non-Lock It In): Includes Work from Sea Wi-Fi (two devices per Sailor).


    A bit like on an airplane, Wi-Fi at sea can be limited at times, but you’ll always be connected enough to share your voyage.
  • For bookings made on or before October 6, 2025:
    • If you change your cabin after October 7, your reservation will move into the new VoyageFair Choices fare structure and will re-price at today’s prevailing rate.
    • If you choose to upgrade through our Level Upgrade program instead, you’ll keep all of your original Legacy booking perks.

    For bookings made on or after October 7, 2025:
    Your ability to change your cabin assignment depends on the VoyageFair Choice you’ve booked.
    • Lock It In & Base Voyage Fare (Standard Cabins and Suites): Cabin assignments can’t be changed once booked.
    • Essential & Premium Voyage Fare (Standard Cabins): Cabin changes are allowed up to 46 days before your voyage. Reach out to Sailor Services or your First Mate (travel agent), and we’ll be happy to help. Just keep in mind that changes may result in a fare increase.
    • Non-Lock It In Voyage Fare (RockStar & Mega RockStar Suites): Cabin changes are also permitted up to 46 days before sailing, based on availability and fare differences

    You'll also have the opportunity to upgrade your booking by making an offer (or bid) through our Level Upgrade program. From 45 days before your voyage, you can still upgrade your cabin based on availability, all the way up to 48 hours before sailing. 
  • For bookings made on or before October 6, 2025:
    Our web-based booking lets you select a specific cabin category, and we’ll assign the best cabin available based on your chosen criteria. If you wish to change your ship location, you can select a new zone on the Web based on availability. If you wish to choose a more specific cabin or suite, you can reach out to our Sailor Services Crew or your travel agent for help.

    For bookings made on or after October 7, 2025:
    How your cabin is assigned depends on the voyage fare option you selected:
    • Lock It In Voyage Fare (Standard Cabins & Suites): Your cabin is booked on a guarantee basis. You’ll secure the category you selected (or higher), but the exact location is assigned closer to sailing. Cabin changes are not allowed.
    • Base Voyage Fare (Standard Cabins): Your cabin type is assigned automatically within the category you booked, and cabin changes are not allowed.
    • Essential & Premium Voyage Fare (Standard Cabins): You’ll choose your cabin type during booking, and your cabin will be automatically assigned. With these fares, you’ll also have the flexibility to make changes later if availability allows.
    • Non-Lock It In Voyage Fare (RockStar & Mega RockStar Suites): Suites are automatically assigned, and cabin changes may be possible depending on availability.
  • For bookings made on or before October 6, 2025:
    Our cancellation policy was created to provide a better experience for our Sailors. Here’s everything you need to know:
    • 120+ days before sailing: You’ll have a 7-day grace period to request a full refund on your deposit and any other payments made. Refunds go back to your original form of payment.
    • After the 7-day grace period (but still before 120 days): You’ll receive a refund on all payments, excluding your deposit. Your deposit will be held as Future Voyage Credit.
    • 119–45 days before sailing: All funds paid will convert to Future Voyage Credit, good for any voyage within 1 year of your original start date.
    • 44 days or less before sailing: All funds are final. You can, however, transfer your booking to someone else up to 48 hours before departure. (Taxes and fees are always refunded regardless of timing.)
    If your voyage was booked through a tour operator or First Mate who bundled your trip with other travel elements (like flights or hotels), their policies may differ. Please reach out to them directly for details.

    For bookings made on or after October 7, 2025:
    Your cancellation policy depends on the voyage fare option you selected:
    • Lock It In (Standard Cabins & Suites)
      • All payments are 100% non-refundable (excluding taxes and fees). No grace period, no date or name changes, and no Future Voyage Credit.
    • Base (Standard Cabins)
      • All payments are 100% non-refundable (excluding taxes and fees). No grace period, no date or name changes, and no Future Voyage Credit.
    • Essential (Standard Cabins)
      • 120+ days before sailing: Within 7 days of deposit, receive a full refund. After 7 days, deposits convert to Future Voyage Credit; all other payments are refunded.
      • 119–45 days before sailing: All voyage fare payments are non-refundable (excluding taxes and fees), but will be transferred to Future Voyage Credit.
      • 44 days or less before sailing: All voyage fare payments are non-refundable (excluding taxes and fees). Only secondary Sailors (not Sailor #1) may be changed.
    • Premium (Standard Cabins), RockStar & Mega RockStar Suites (Non-Lock It In)
      • 120+ days before sailing: Within 7 days of deposit, receive a full refund. After 7 days, deposits convert to Future Voyage Credit; all other payments are refunded.
      • 119–45 days before sailing: All voyage fare payments are non-refundable (excluding taxes and fees), but Sailors may choose to transfer payments made to Future Voyage Credit, change voyage dates, or change any names on the booking.
      • 44 days or less before sailing: All voyage fare payments are non-refundable (excluding taxes and fees), but any Sailor may be changed.
