If you create an account during the booking process, your booking will automatically be added to that account.
If you choose not to create an account during the booking process but want to create one later and add your booking, make sure to use the same exact first name, last name and email used during your booking. If this information is entered correctly, your booking will automatically populate in your account.
If you want to add a reservation or cabin to your account after your initial booking, please contact Sailor Services. -
Deposits are 20% of your voyage fare (ticket price only, not taxes and fees), and they are due at the time of booking. However, if you're booking less than 120 days prior to your voyage start date, full voyage fare would be required.

You will need your Booking Number, Last Name on the booking, Date of Birth, and the Voyage Date you’re trying to access in order to log in with your booking number.

You can claim your booking on the Web or the Virgin Voyages App. If you don’t see your reservation in your account, follow these steps to connect your booking via My Account on the web:
- Swim over to VirginVoyages.com.
- Click on the account icon (it looks like a person with a suitcase) at the top of the page.
- In the drop-down menu, select “Sign in to your account.”
- Sign in using your personal email address (preferably the one used for your booking, but it’s not required to connect a booking).
- After signing in, you’ll land on your account information page—click “Connect a booking.”
- Enter your last name, booking number, and date of birth, then submit.

After logging into the Virgin Voyages App, you will be brought to a page where you can tap on, “Connect a booking.” From here, you will be able to input your details to connect your booking to the app.

Changes to a booking can be done through Sailor Services or your First Mate (travel agent).

Your Reservation ID is confidential — treat it like a password! To keep it secure:
- Do not share your booking ID on social media. Avoid posting screenshots of your app or boarding pass where your reservation number is visible.
- If you suspect your booking has been accessed without your permission, contact Sailor Services immediately.

Voyage Protection can be purchased at any time before the final payment is made on a booking.

Though unlikely, Virgin Voyages reserves the right to refuse booking or deny boarding to anyone that does not comply with the rules and regulations stated in the ticket contract.

Of course, we'd be happy to save your spot! If you're booking more than 45 days before the voyage begins, we can hold your cabin for 24 hours - no $trings attached.

More than 120 days prior to your departure date, you'll need to pay a 20% deposit to secure your booking (but don't forget, you can also hold a booking for 24 hours without any money down up until 45 days). Once you're within 120 days of sailing, the full voyage fare is due at the time of booking. If you need to change your travel plans after this, you still have plenty of options. Just take a look at our cancellation policy or give our Sailor Services Crew or your travel agent a shout for more details.

Sailing Club members are entitled to exclusive limited-time offers, which will be available periodically. We will communicate via email when these offers are available, with details about how to take advantage of the booking perk.

The onboard microsite will automatically charge the Sailor in the same currency used on the Sailor’s current onboard booking. If a Sailor prefers to pay the deposit in a different currency, the Sailor can do so by working with the Future Voyage Sales Crew on Deck 7 Midship.

If you’d like to pay via wire transfer, contact our Sailor Services Crew or your First Mate (travel advisor) at 954-488-2955 (US), +44 (20) 30034919 (UK), or +61 (1800) 491708 (AUS) to request the necessary bank details. Please keep in mind that the payment must be completed within 24 hours.
Once the transfer is made, our team will apply the payment to your booking. -
For bookings made on or before October 6, 2025:
Yes! The eligible Sailor must book this offer and contact our Sailor Services Crew or their First Mate to schedule their voyage. Once the voyage is confirmed and the booking is made, Sailors can contact Sailor Services any time up to 48 hours before the voyage date to change the name(s) on the booking.
For bookings made on or after October 7, 2025:
Your ability to transfer or change names depends on the voyage fare option you selected. Sailors who booked the Base Fare should keep in mind that Base Fare rules override the My Next Virgin Voyage name change rules, meaning this fare does not include the cabin change benefit. -
In the event your booking is canceled, Virgin Voyages will follow the standard cancellation policy. If you are eligible for a refund it will be processed to your Flexpay account which will be applied to your balance. For details about refunds to your account, we advise you to contact Flexpay.

Yes, the current My Next Virgin Voyage offer can be transferred one (1) time while it is still a placeholder booking. Once converted, it will follow the standard booking policy.

Once your booking is created, your voyage itinerary will be located in your booking confirmation and can also be found under your account page on our website or on the Virgin Voyages App.

No. We no longer require a 60-day booking. Previously, there was a booking window contingency to book a voyage within 60 days to receive a certain offer value. This contingency has since been removed and was only in effect for purchases made between February 1, 2024, and July 30, 2024. Purchases made on or after July 31, 2024, will no longer contain a 60-day booking contingency.

A Sailor can register for the “My Next Virgin Voyage” offer with the Future Voyage Sales Crew aboard any Virgin Voyages ship or directly online via a link on the Virgin Voyages app.
A $150 USD deposit is required to register for a Placeholder to secure the “My Next Virgin Voyage” offer. If booking in currencies other than USD, the deposit will be converted to an equivalent deposit amount in the booking’s currency. After the deposit payment has been completed, the Sailor will receive an email confirmation with a booking reference number. Once the Sailor selects a voyage with this Placeholder booking reference number, a payment for the regular 20% deposit will be due. The booking will be subject to the Cancellation Policy in effect at that time. -
On most days, Redemption opens at 6:00 AM and closes at 10:00 PM. Please check the Virgin Voyages App for up-to-date Spa hours.

If you have chosen to pay via wire payment, and it is not received within 24 hours, the booking may be automatically canceled. If the transfer is not received in time and the booking is canceled, you’ll need to rebook at the available rate.

Yes, your First Mate will be notified that you’ve registered for the My Next Virgin Voyage offer, and will automatically be added to your new booking, so don’t hesitate to reach out when booking your next voyage or transferring it to your friends and family.

If you’re logged in but don’t see your reservation, it’s possible your booking is linked to a different email than the one you used to sign up. This can happen if:
- A different email was used when booking your voyage
- There was a typo in your email during registration
- You signed up with Google, Apple, or Facebook, which may have created a separate account

Final payment is due 120 days prior to your voyage start date - or at time of booking within 120 days.

Yes, every Sailor has the opportunity to choose Voyage Protection when booking. If you decide you want to add Voyage Protection after booking, please contact Sailor Services or your travel agent to arrange it prior to making the final payment. No. Only one My Next Virgin Voyage Offer may be applied to a future reservation. This includes any previous and future variations of the My Next Virgin Voyage Offer.

Yes, Sailors can upgrade their cabin by re-applying for a new Flexpay loan.

Cabin assignments can be found in your booking confirmation or by logging into "My Account" or the Virgin Voyages App.

No need to preplan far in advance as booking fitness classes will only be available on board via the Virgin Voyages App.

Sailors can purchase the My Next Virgin Voyage onboard offer with a personal form of payment such as a credit or debit card. The name of the Sailor must match the form of payment to be approved and processed. Company cards or corporate business cards are excluded as an approved form of payment.

All Sailors will have the ability to book shore excursions (which we like to call our "Shore Things") directly from our Sailor App, through the "My Account" section in www.virginvoyages.com, with our Sailor Services Crew or through a travel agent.
Booking opens 120 days before the voyage start date for all Sailors. Payment is due at the time of booking.
Sailors who are booked in RockStar Quarters may begin booking 135 days before the voyage start date.
The 135-day early access window applies only to the Sailor(s) staying in a RockStar Quarters cabin. It does not extend to any other Sailors on the same voyage who are not booked in RockStar Quarters.

- Test Login on the Website: If you’re having trouble with the app, try logging in at www.VirginVoyages.com. If you’re having trouble with the website, try the app. If the login works on one but not the other, double-check your credentials.
- Clear Cookies and Temporary Files: Clearing these on your browser or within the app settings may resolve login issues.

No. Virgin Voyages will never call you to request personal details like your last name, date of birth, or booking ID. If you receive such a call, hang up and contact our Sailor Services team directly to verify any requests.

If you believe you’ve been scammed, take the following steps:
- Contact your bank or credit card provider immediately to report the fraudulent charge.
- Call Virgin Voyages to review your booking and confirm your payment status.

If a Sailor chooses to apply the deposit for a Future Voyage to a reservation within a Group, then yes. The $150 paid deposit and My Next Virgin Voyage onboard offer will apply to the Sailor's booking if booked as a new reservation within the Group Shell. The My Next Virgin Voyage onboard offer applies to new bookings only and cannot be retroactively applied to existing bookings. Please note that Sailors will not receive the Groups Bar Tab or Affinity Loot if the My Next Virgin Voyage offer is applied to the booking, as they will receive the benefits of the My Next Virgin Voyage offer instead.

The 24 Hour Breather allows Sailors to place a hold on bookings for 24 hours without payment for sailings 45+ days away. Once the booking is on hold, Sailors can log into My Account and finalize their reservation by placing a deposit or paying in full.

You can purchase InVoyage Care within 14 days before your voyage starts, as long as you've made your final payment.
If you book within 14 days of sailing, you’ll be able to purchase it starting 8 days after booking.
