This passion for redefining the customer experience is core to our DNA, and it informs every element of our offering. Through extensive research, as well as listening to the concerns and requests of both our First Mates and potential Sailors, we deconstructed and reconstructed what a cruise vacation is, in order to take only the best elements of cruising and couple them with the Virgin Way. 

We listened when potential Sailors said that they did not want to be nickel and dimed, with hidden fees and surprises on their final bill. So, we have none of that; our pricing is transparent and straightforward, while offering spectacular value (like $600 of extras on us, including dining at all 20+ eateries, group fitness classes, unlimited WiFi, basic bevvies and even tips for our crew).

We listened when Sailors shared that they simply hated the rigid rules of drink packages, but did not want to subsidize the drinking habits of others by paying high individual beverage prices designed to cover inclusive options. So, we created our innovative “Bar Tab,” which brings freedom and reasonable pricing back to beverage options on board. Those are just a few examples of how we’re (martini) shaking things up.

Our experiences aim to connect our Sailors — to people, places, and paths they never thought to wander. Think vibrant conversation over homemade pasta and multiple bottles of Chianti. Immersive performances with elaborate circus twists. A fitness class they’d never dream of taking (and conquering) back home. Champagne delivered right to your Sailor and their new friends with the shake of the app. Seriously. 

We want our Sailors to return to you with awe and an impatience to come right back on board, saying that not only was their voyage the best week of their year, but the best vacation experience of their lives.
