What is included in my voyage?
Staying hydrated is a must for well-being at sea (and we prefer our Sailors feel their best), so enjoy any essential drinks on us including water (still and sparkling, of course), non-pressed juice, soda, sachet tea and drip coffee if you need a boost. Since WiFi is as essential as water to us, count that in, too. Entertainment experiences, also included. Plus, we'll cover restaurant dining, tips and group fitness classes, too!
How do I reserve cabins for a group?
Group bookings, which we call our Circle Bookings, can be booked with the help of our Sailor Services Crew or your travel agent. While we don't offer traditional group bookings, our Sailor Services Crew can create a Circle for Sailors with 10+ cabins wishing to book together.
How can I get in touch with someone for booking help?
Our Sailor Services Crew would love to speak with you! Just give us a ring at 954-488-2955 (US), +44 (20) 30034919 (UK), or +61 (1800) 491708 (AUS). Our Crew is standing by on the lines Monday through Friday 8 AM EST to 9 PM EST, and Saturday and Sunday 9 AM EST to 6 PM EST.
Why can't I see voyage dates far into the future?
Virgin Voyages plans to release sailing dates about twice a year, likely in the Spring and Fall. Please check back for future dates.
Does Virgin Voyages offer flight and hotel reservations?
Our Sailors tend to be world travelers, whether it's on land or at sea. That's why we are making it easier for those who wish to book their entire trip in one step. To make hotel and air reservations please contact Sailor Services via phone, email, or chat.
Can I book transportation to and from the port?
While we encourage Sailors to book alternative transportation in advance to ensure a smooth trip, Virgin Voyages is not currently providing these accommodations.
I’m traveling in a Circle or group. Is there a special process to handle my booking?
Sailors booked in a Circle will receive the same flexible offers and are not required to choose the same option as others in the group. Our team will be contacting Circle Leaders, but Sailors may also reach out to our Crew to manage each individual booking.
May I transfer my voyage to my travel agent?
Yes, Virgin Voyages will gladly transfer a reservation to your travel agent within 30 days from the creation date when a reservation is not paid in full.
Can I make changes if I booked with a Tour Operator?
Because you booked with one of our fabulous Tour Operator partners, they will need to make any changes or adjustments to your booking directly. Please reach out to your travel partner for details.
How can I make changes to my booking?
Changes to a booking can be done through Sailor Services or your First Mate (travel agent).
I have just booked, where can I find my itinerary?
Once your booking is created, your voyage itinerary will be located in your booking confirmation and can also be found under your account page on our website or on the Virgin Voyages App.
